So I went through the drive thru on James Couzens on 08/09/2024. I ordered 3 cookies & 3 Fl Chicken Dippers & 3 dipping sauces mind you I was on lunch so when I return back to work open up the bag the dipping sauces was everywhere spilled all over the food. I so tried to call back to speak with a manager but of course there was no answer. I could not go back up there because I was back at work. This just don't make any since so I recommend you check your bag before leaving Subway period. I was not satisfied with my order at all.

Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional employees sit out back in a car all day. The restaurant will be open and no one will be available to take your order. You’ll be just sitting at the drive-thru with no answer, can’t go inside to order
