My family and I went to get the daily deal. It was the bacon, cheddar and ranch. We ordered in the drive-thru. The employee was rude to us stating we shouldve Come inside. The drive-thru was created literally for people Who do not wish to get out of the vehicle. Stating that it could hold up a line that wasn't present. Complaining about variables that dont exist is VERY interesting. My family I frequent Subways in general. This was very unfortunate on their end. Please consider hiring people that like what they do for a living.

Staff was attentive and polite, Ron had great customer service skills. The veggies were fresh, my sub was prepared well and my soup was fresh and hot. I prefer this location over the one on Hilton Rd.

I went inside they were very rude the man asked what extra bag they could not give him one and they slapped everything on my sandwich did not do it with perfection meat was just slapped on that thick very rude very attitude and please do not go here go eat somewhere else. Manager need to be fired very rude

This particular location is the ONLY subway that gets my order right, every. single. time. If you’re tired of ordering from stores that forget items or mess your order up, come to the James Couzens Subway in Detroit. They’ll take care of you and make sure you leave with what you ordered.

I placed an online order for a foot long tuna sub. Didn’t order toasted bread however my bread is stale and I am missing the veggies I ordered. I come to this location because they have great customer service. It seems like the bread is 100% of the time stale or over baked. If they fix that I think it will continue to thrive.

My bad No photos.... ate lunch so fast with Ms.Mia.
. We both was starving... she googled it and I flew... very quite place young staff all well mannered looked liked the Management who could have been Mommie or Auntie... all I know the young people made our sandwiches perfectly as we ordered them...so overall my experience was flawless.

I've called this place five times to tell them that my subway app got hacked and someone ordered a pick-up at their location. I live across the country so I did dispute the charges and tried to help out the store since they aren't going to get paid for that order but no one wanted to pick up the phone.

Couldn't attest to the food or atmosphere, because the store would not take my catering order & the door to the store was locked. This location is very near my work. So, I went the to order food for a community workshop, but that didn't matter to the manager. Unfortunate to have this restaurant in our community that's extremely poor with customer service.

This meat is old the vegetables that they put on the sub is old and then on top of that they gave me the wrong bread and then when I try to eat the sandwich, the bread was not even fully done. I would not go to this location never. On top of that, the manager was called and she didn’t want to issue a refund. They really need to close this location

Now I like this particular Subway for the most part. But what I don't understand, do I have to ask for napkins? At my house I have napkins and paper towels every time I sit down and eat. I don't understand why they just don't put napkins in your bag especially if you get something that's sloppy or Messi or has a lot of sauce on it. That's my main issue with them.

Subways have gotten so nasty. Veggie don’t look fresh and they hide the meat makes you wonder. Meat on both flat breads were nasty, tomato soggy. Prices are ridiculous and the value has declined. And they stop selling that delicious spinach wrap.

Ordered online Sunday, while I was waiting for my order to be ready I watched a woman walk out of the restaurant & get into the truck parked next to me. I then proceeded to go inside, the sign on the door says drive thru only. So I went around to the drive thru & sign in the window says closed. I sat there for 5ish mins and no one came to the window so I left. I called the restaurant later that afternoon and the gentleman advised me my sandwich was there and I could come get it. Mind you I ordered at 9:45am and was talking to him at about 3pm. He advised to call the manager Crystal back and see if she would refund my money because I had already headed back to Ohio where I live. I have tried to call the restaurant to follow up with Crystal but the phone keeps getting picked up & then they immediately hang up. This is extremely bad customer service & I should not have to go thru all of this just to get my money refunded.
