Was trying to get the attention of the two female employees for minutes to take my order with no response. Male employee from the back had to stop what he was doing to help me since the ladies were too busy doing nothing!! Unlike them I had a job to get back to that I was almost late for. Thankfully the male employee was helpful but I will probably never return.

Ice machine is always broken and drinks are warm. I asked for a cold bottled drink instead and would pay the additional amount (on top of the meal deal) and the lady told me that I’d have to pay for the fountain drink included in the meal as well as the additional bottled drink?!? Won’t be purchasing from here again.

The female working yesterday needs to be fired she was on her phone and then stopped in the middle of my order to answer her personal phone then wrong me up wrong and instead of saying she made a mistake she stood their clueless and charged me for more stuff and started repeatedly yelling at me she needs to be fired and find a new job and learn how to be professional and not yell at customers

Poor service. I waited 15 minutes for the worker to clean her counter. The second worker who came through the door offered to take my order . I asked for. Four subs and I was told that is considered a catering order. I told her I never heard of that so I ordered three subs and told her that I was going to just come back in again and order the 4th sub and she said it doesn’t work like that . The funny part of this whole ordeal is that the store was empty. No other customers just myself and these two young punk girls. Their attitude was nasty from the start and I tried to be patient . I allowed her to make the three subs and before she started with the toppings I told her that I had changed my mind. I went to the subway on West 7 mile and ordered my four subs without an issue. Don’t get food from these scanks

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been in. The girl with the Red hair and facial piercings takes personal calls while she’s making customer sandwiches. Not only that, she is frequently arguing and yelling over her phone and uses offensive language. She is unsanitary and uses food gloves to pick up her phone and ring up customers. I will be contacting this location’s manager or get the health department involved. She needs to be trained properly with food handling in a clean environment. I have witnessed same repetitive bizarre behavior with this worker in the past. Very unprofessional!!!

I would have gave zero stars but it didn't allow me to. Can't pay for meal at first then it's not Taki g orders. Phone number has been ringing for busy for 5 days . It makes no sense to have this Subway in a hospital if patients can't make an order on phone or on app

I'm only giving the one star to the security guard for doing his job! I placed an online order at this subway location inside of Sinai Grace hospital my order came up to $49.52 ! Went to pick up my order & the security said that they weren't allowing outside orders just the doctors & residents can place & pick up orders.... I have been up at this hospital location twice to see why I haven't received my refund back into my bank account for this purchase that I went to pick up but could not receive; I have talked to the owner of this franchise and instead of him just refunding my money he has stated that he wants to see my next bank statement because he claims that he has voided the transaction & the money should be back in my account & that I would have to wait til my next bank statement to show him in order to get my refund & this is the owner that stated this!It's a bunch of Bull if he just post on the website that there not taking outside orders there wouldn't be any problems!!!!He will never get my business again And the security stated that this has happened several times with other customers & that they told the owner that he needs to do something to let outside people know !!!!!!!!
