if i could rate this a negative 5 I would. Terrible service. no communication. the two women working this evening lied to me about the bread I chose. My sandwich isnt toasted and there are no toppings here. If I order from a drive thru and tell you explicitly what I want, what is the purpose. They also did not answer to me honking my horn or politely knocking on the window. DONT GO HERE.

I ordered my sandwich online thinking I was going to get a great deal with the BOGO free foot long promotions. I went to go pick my order up and there were 2 nice ladies working there and told me that they do not honor the app and my money will be automatically refunded immediately. Okay, cool.
So a few days go by and I noticed the subway purchase actually went through and no refund was actually sent. So after work on Tuesday I go to see if they could at least give me the sandwich that I paid for already and we could just forget about the free sandwich since I didn't need it anymore anyways.
The manager refused to allow the workers to give me a sandwich I paid for DAYS ago. So the manager says he will call my phone the next day and we can sort it out. He never called.
Today, Thursday, after work I go BACK to subway and the manager still did not give me my sandwich nor offered me a refund. But they did print my receipt and saw that they owed me.
Kind employees but extremely shady manager. Over a sandwich tho

Although the food is great, this location's customer service was terrible. Plus there were alot of young kids being disrespectful. Joy road already has a bad rep, this makes it worse. I'm glad I live on the better side of Joy road

THE CHICKEN CHIPOTLE WITH AMERICAN CHEESE ON WHEAT ORRR THE ITALIAN HERB & CHEESE BREAD (WITH THE INSIDE DUGGED OUT) WITH THE CHIPOTLE SAUCE ON BEFORE IT GOES IN THE OVEN. WHEN THE SANDWICH COMES OUT OF OVEN, I'LL HAVE IT WITH LETTUCE, TOMATOES, CUCUMBER, ONIONS(NOT AFRAID OF ONIONS ?), PICKLES & GREEN PEPPERS WITH MORE CHIPOTLE SAUCE PLEASEEE! ? THANK YOUUU!??
