This is my second time ordering from this location and my order was messed up. I ordered pick up and I couldn’t see what was on the sub until i got to work. When i finally was able to take a peek at the sub, I noticed that there were no onions or bell pepper; and that they didn’t put all the sauces I’ve asked for. Instead of pepper jack cheese i was given Swiss I believe. When i tried to call and inform them of their mistakes, it went straight to voicemail. This is very Inconvenient for me. If you ran out of an item or no longer serve said item, why is it still an option for online orders? Even so, why wasn’t i contacted?

Always under staffed. Online order said ready at 4:05 but we waited almost 30 more mins at the location to actually receive it. Shout out to the young man tryin his best to hold it down..im sure they dont pay you enough ??
I have never been to a slow subway. Poor customer service everytime I order from there and even when I order on the app. Rude customer service. I won’t be back to this
