Service was absolutely amazing Deric and I didn't catch the other guys name but they were fast and the store was very clean and all the meat and veggies looked fresh thank you guys

Joy Rd & Southfield location. Servers are always polite and fast when taking orders and making subs. They've recently remodeled the inside, and it looks and feels great.
Always come here for my favorite sub, the Outlaw steak sub or Sweet Onion chicken teriyaki, and macadamia nut cookies ☺️ I love subway cookies, and the pretzel unsalted is good too...

Awful service, awful food. Picked up a to-go order. All the clerk did was stand there and look at me with a stupid look on her face. I told her I had to go order and she still didn't say a word she just picked up a bag off the counter and handed it to me and walked away. I got a footlong sandwich and can only eat 4 bites of it because it was absolutely terrible. Stay out of this location. It's in particularly bad and now I know why it is completely empty at lunch time on a Saturday.
This location doesnt open when it says they do. They only have one employee and overwork her. But very confused why it says open @9 and im sitting outside the building @9:10am and they still havent opened the doors

I pass a dozen subway stores to come to this one. There’s always the same lady working, but today we had a young man that basically rushed us out of the store and made the whole ordering process mildly uncomfortable. I wanted to order a couple more things, but didn’t want to have to ask him for anything else because he acted so annoyed. If I wasn’t starving, I would have changed my mind about the order altogether.
