THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY IVE EVER BEEN TO. 0 stars. The staff practically laughs at you for wanting to order there, they are super rude and in their own world. Not acting like they’re on the clock at all. The sub was so bad I almost couldn’t eat it - which is crazy because subway is a standardized menu
I know it’s the only option in the airport but truly this is a horrible horrible place to try and buy food

Went at 6:45am when they are supposed to open at 6am. Had to ask when they open and was told "Whenever we are done prepping" over the shoulder without even looking at me. Then went back to watching something on their phones and chatting. I asked about how long that would be and was told "Whenever we are done". After reading reviews I'm glad i didn't decide to eat here. The whole cold table was already full and stocked. Never in my years of service have I been allowed to just not open at the time because I wanted to talk with a friend instead of get things done.

The veggies seem kind of old; the tomatoes were noticeably browned and the entire restaurant seemed a little shabby.
Dietary restrictions: Very customizable so recommended if you have dietary issues or allergies, but I can't speak to their adherence to cross-contamination-prevention procedures.
Parking: This location is inside the airport.
Wheelchair accessibility: As equally wheelchair accessible as any other restaurant here.

I ordered a veggie delight and it was smelling meat - the staff wasn’t changing the gloves after each order and I think they were just putting the same hands across all the items. It smelled gross and I just trashed my order.

Absolutely the worst Subway I have ever been to. Might want to start by hiring a manager to remind the employees they are supposed to serve subs. Seemed like a big social hour behind the counter. Almost as if the customers were just a distraction.

It's 7:00 a.m., after asking the staff if I could place an order, I heard "NO", so I wanted to know when it would be possible to place an order, and I heard "I DON'T KNOW". I have never seen such rude service. I wasn't the only person who wanted to place an order, but it didn't work out, and I don't think anyone got a polite response.

The gentleman refused to accept the order saying no and that was it. It was before 7:00. According to opening hours, it is open from 6:00. Very unpleasant and arrogant service. :(

Employees are rude. Slow service. Refuse to make a sandwich with the appropriate servings of meat and cheese. Will argue about it with customers. Happened multiple times while I was in line and to myself. Airport prices are already expensive and now you’re getting even less. What I did receive was stale bread and the meat was not fresh. I would recommend any restaurant in McNamara besides this one.

I paid my sandwich and left without it. That’s in a nutshell my experience. Servers prepping the food with no gloves. No options to add on just one type of bread, meat and lettuce. Why would they take the order if not able to offer anything but attitude and that was plenty!!! I left hungry, $18 less and annoyed. Subway, your customers deserve better food and service. I would have accepted a “no food available” than the gross attitude for the food I paid.

This was the worst service and food ever. Told only 1 loaf white bread. No turkey so had sub extra ham. Did not even cook the bacon. My daughter's sub was put together so poorly that it made a huge mess. The sandwich tasted horrible. For $47 and change I received 2 por subs, 2 drinks(no lids). When talking to the manager all I received was excuses. While there they kept pulling out white bread for other customers after we were told they didn't have anymore. A solid 0 star from me. So glad other subways are not this bad.

Very nice people. Pleasantly surprised! Not to mention they absolutely loaded the sandwiches up! Never had any subway sandwich with as many toppings as this one. Wonderful sandwiches! I haven’t been to a subway in years, so…there’s my experience.
