Was just @subway detroit airport April 5, 20.20 hrs, according website should be open until 22.00 hrs. At 20.20, lines were closed and despite still 10 customer wanted a sandwich, they were simply kicked out and not served. Thousands of people still walking around to get some food, but the shop just stop serving.

Located right next to gate A60 and across from gate A61, also next to Popeyes Louisiana kitchen and restrooms. Lettuce and spinach looked like it could be a little more fresh. Efficient service at 825am with not too big of a line that seemed to be moving pretty smoothly. Awesome staff, delicious toasted 6 inch veggie delight on multi grain bread with vinaigrette. Best value for a healthy snack if you don't add on the crazy extra cost of sides or drinks etc. You can be out of there with a decent tip too for under $10... but if you do want to splurge they had some spicy dill pickle chips for a limited time that looked tasty and of course who doesn't love cookies?!.

This has to have been the worst service I have seen at a Subway. If you have trouble understanding foreign people then maybe you shouldn't be working at a Subway in an airport. Two out the the three workers that were behind the counter at 8:15pm on August 15th, 2023 were absolutely rude to a woman that wasn't able to speak the best English. Not only were they making comments but one actually yelled at the customer. On top of the rude customer, they made subs like crap. I wouldn't recommend this subway to anyone in the Detroit area, let alone DTW Airport. If I could pick zero stars, I would.

We stood in line FOREVER. Making us late for our flight, my husband had to beg the gate to wait. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could check us out ahead of another customer so we could make our flight and she did not even acknowledge that i was speaking to her. No eye contact, so rude! When we did finally check out she actually moved slower!!!If i didnt have to sprint for my flight i would have gotten her name. Seriously needs an attitude check.

I wasn't happy with the freshness. The way they make the sandwiches in their stores needs improvement. First, one lady prepares the bread, and then another person adds the veggies and sauces. It took a long time because there were about 20 people waiting in line. The first lady was fast, but the second person was slow, making the whole process take 15 minutes. Some people even left because they got tired of waiting. I don't understand why Subway doesn't try to make things better. Nowadays, I've seen other stores using kiosks where customers can order and pay on their own. There's a system called ORO POS that does this and it only costs $20. Subway should think about getting a better system like that. Also, they need to make sure their food is fresh.
Thank you for the entertainment today at 745 pm we had the first ever SUBWAY MMA EVENT EVER The two female employees went at it it was great they both lost their wigs or are they called weaves? Any way who knows the manager that was there did not do a dam thing lol what are you guys doing it was taking you forever to get the food out over 10 min a sandwich really. But it was funny to see the lady from the chicken place come over and actually try and stop the fun she looked like a boss but was not professional at all but what can you do Can you please do something about your employees run your store correctly something. This will probably be on YouTube or Tik talk soon but you can also ask to see the security footage. Your employees just committed a felony. Not smart.

Ordered the turkey cali club and the turkey & bread was moldy, and the bacon was burnt & no good. Stuck at the airport and too sick to argue with anyone I just threw it away. Terrible experience.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. What a complete disaster. Dirty counters, limited food choices, broken register printer, no sandwich bags, and very frustrated employees. Something was definitely wrong. Took 25 minutes to serve the 11 people in front of me and that was after several people walked out. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else for a sandwich in the airport.

Left empty handed with no time to get food anywhere else before my flight.Shift lead Ashley should have either made an announcement to the line that they were out to prevent this, or she should have put up some sort of sign.
