So you have a sign of saying cash.Only then you say your system just came back up. Then you're on the phone with your friend saying i'm not about to deal with him.He ain't paying any cash. On top of that, if somebody shows up here in cash, and i'm there way before them, you jump right to them.

Don’t go here they would cheat you out of money you let them, we’ll I did , they not honest so why would you trust them with food, I gave the lady 5 dollars and cash she didn’t give me my change then she took additional 6.87 off my card for a soup and juice she only suppose to took 1.87 off my debit card I only got a receipt for debit purchase so my bank probably want give me my money back

wost subway in detroit the guy with the dreads that worked here 4/24/23 at 5pm made his girlfriend food (the lady that was gettn off was his girlfriend) before he made any of the custos food. very unprofessional then wouldnt make my food still after she clocked out and left the stood there talkn bout calling eachother . i asked for the management info nd i was told by him he is the manager. lease tell me how do i get in contact with management over this business please.

Since the management has changed, it's gotten a lot better from a few years ago, but they seem to be understaffed more often than not.That said, the staff they have often are really good and doing the work of 2-3 people as efficiently as they can. I highly respect quite a few people they have on the line now, especially given how ridiculous the clientele at the location can be.

Closed at lunch.. who does that? Lunch is one of the busiest times for fast food spots to make money… does corporate or the owner know they close at lunch. The young lady at the counter turned me away..
