Since the management has changed, it's gotten a lot better from a few years ago, but they seem to be understaffed more often than not.That said, the staff they have often are really good and doing the work of 2-3 people as efficiently as they can. I highly respect quite a few people they have on the line now, especially given how ridiculous the clientele at the location can be.

\nThis subway is located in the University Health Center. Went here for the sandwich of the day and ordered the turkey breast toasted with all the trimmings. There were a few people there who were ordering cookies and jumped in line at the register. Once done, the person making sandwiches had stacked up a couple other sandwiches and got mine mixed up with another. I was not happy with the sandwich I wound up with. \n\nSo I highly recommend that you keep an eye on your sandwich...
