This location is 24 hours which is awesome and I have had nothing but good experiences with the morning staff offering great customer service and fresh food served. Yesterday evening around 6:45 PM was the total opposite. I was met with two rude and nonchalant employees. I had to request silverware and napkins and when I double checked my receipt I was charged for something that I did not order. I called the store back and no one picked up the phone.

An awful experience anytime you go during any part of the week. This place continuously cancels promo subs because they don’t want to pay the extra money or lose any money. I’ve reached out to SUBWAY® corporate about this location, not participating and required national promotions. They won’t be franchisees for long.
