The nice lady helped with my order I originally wanted a Philly but was told I couldn’t get it with the meal of the day so I got the meal of the day and it was teriyaki was very good with my Pepsi and cookies yesterday in the early afternoon about 1230 thank you ladies

It’s a typical gas station Subway. The food is on par with what you would expect from a Subway restaurant. At night you THE BEST SERVICE from Pam. She is a dynamo of an all around employee. I look forward to my late night sub runs because she is the absolute best.

Mrs. Pam and her staff MAYBE the BEST subway in the Midwest 🤫 it’s a secret. Everytime I get a sub here they go THE EXTRA MILE! ❤️ they are always professional, polite, and friendly! When I say give me extra they give me extra per charge and not just a SKIMPY extra portion, when I say absolutely DRENCH IT in (whatever) dressing I want on my sub they laugh and do it! 😊 Please keep doing what you are doing 😎 Thank you for being (THE VERY BEST) a reliable subway! One KEY THING: they are not a sit down subway, and the line can be very long (not their fault they aren’t a full sized subway)

Terrible customer service! I sat in line waiting to be served; no one asked if they could help me or anything. They just sat and talked amongst each other, holding a conversation. Wow! My son and I waited and waited.

I stopped there to grab a bite to eat as I normally do from time to time because my wife wasn’t unable to cook due to her illness so me and My Son stopped to get a bite to eat. We rode our bikes there left them parked outside. We went in waiting to place the order. It was one customer in front of us at the time. My Son was moving back-and-forth to watch our bike after the customer in front of us had left. I waited another 5 to 7 minutes for no one to speak to me ask me do I need any help or to say one moment, please. I decided to wait. I watch them talk to one another again. No one helping me not even any eye contact so I after continued waiting I decided to leave. I went and grab pizza instead we brought our bikes down the street too hungry Howies.
This subway has the most slowest workers ever I went in at 9:45 pm and came out at 10:15 almost late for work it does not take that long to make a sub and it’s two people working the older lady Pam or whatever her name is is so slow it’s terrible I just walked out because why are you moving that slow it’s not a good place if your in a hurry because you will never be able to get lunch for work.

I've been to over 200 Subway locations across the United States and I've never once been told no to toasting my sandwich at the end as opposed Too at the beginning when requested when I asked if that was possible like I normally do which again never been told no anywhere else i was greeted with an attitude and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. That's what the manager told them but once again even if the manager told them that I've never been to a Subway in the United States that has denied me service like that I had to go home and toast my own sandwich separately because they refuse to toast mine the way I wanted it to be toasted I will never go to this Subway again. If I have to go to Subway I'll go to a different one because that's crazy that I pay all that money for the sandwich and then I have to go home and toast it because they won't toast it for me and it's not like the machine was down. Their toaster was working just fine. There was no reason why they couldn't have toasted it for me at the end that being said, don't go here especially if you're someone like me who likes their full sandwich cooked
