Food is good, but they absolutely refuse to take any online orders. The points, deals, and rewards are convenient, but they're pointless if "Participating Locations" won't accept the order. ?

Made an online order. When i arrived to pick it up the guy told me he had to cancel it. No reason why it was not busy and he was just talking with coworker. I asked him if I can order it then and there and he said yes. After he was done he charged me again and told me the original order I paid for was going to take 1-3 days so I could receive my refund. It’s been 6 days and I have not received any payment back.

Juicy

I just sent a detailed message to corporate. Very disappointed with my food and service the other day. Got subway because we were too hot to cook. Both female employees with long hair wearing earrings didn’t have hair pulled back and one had earrings, the other appeared to have earbuds. I literally had to ask the girl if she could puli her hair back and I’m not sure if it was retaliation but my sandwiches had hardly any meat on them and she played Jesus with the toppings. I’m not going back! Better service elsewhere!
