I had a reservation to get some dessert and drinks with my partner. The restaurant was pretty busy but got sat within about 10 minutes of our time. We only got 1 menu to share and had to wait about 10 minutes to ask for a second menu. By time we got our appetizer and drink order in it was about 20 minutes after being sat. It then took about 45+ minutes to get 2 drinks. The drinks were cute but tasted okay at best. They were not worth the $20+ price. Deserts were similar, looked cute but were pretty basic tasting. The cheesecake tasted the same as you could get from the grocery store and did not have any of the toppings it was advertised to have. The best thing was the french fry appetizer. They seem to only pay attention and give quick service to tables with a birthday so that they can do the birthday dance. However, they did have a lot of cute Halloween decorations which was nice to look around at while you waited for service and the things that you ordered. Overall great for instagram pics, but that is about it.

I honestly don't see the point of making reservations here. When we arrived, we still waited about 15 minutes to be seated, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Once seated, we were told it would be about 10 minutes before someone came to our table, which I agreed to but after 20 minutes, no one ever checked on us or even brought water. It was embarrassing, especially since I was on a date with my girlfriend and we had our two kids with us. We eventually had to leave and go across the street to Shake Shack. Very disappointing.

OVER PRICED Spent $60 on the king Kong ice cream and they didn't even have to go cups for the ice cream Spent $40 on a drink and it was watered THEY HAVE WENT DOWN

Service was extremely slow and i also received the incorrect drink and it tasted like cough syrup and water I asked to speak to the manager and was given attitude. I also ordered rolls that were undercooked when i asked the manager to take them off the bill she rolled her eyes and walked away. I had horrible time never coming back!
So I took my daughter here for her birthday and we were so excited to go, but upon entering it was very disappointing, no customers at all, the smell was not inviting and Carlos our server hustled us very good, you could tell he was. Only looking to be tipped on a bad night. So instead of ordering food I just gave him the money. I hope it helped you out Carlos, thanks for nothing. Will not be returning ever.
