It was my first time at Sullivans. The occasion was my birthday. I love how they gave me a personalized birthday card. The waiter Haley was top notch ! Very attentive, nice and without knowing it was my first time she guided us through the menu. Food and drinks were good. Love the dessert as well. Loved the Atmosphere & esthetics throughout the restaurant. Definitely a place I would visit again.Parking: Valet is available in front of the hotel, at the time I went it was a lot across the street to park as well.

On yesterday 3/17/24, I was here with a party of 12 adults and 3 children…the service was HORRIBLE and we were the only ones in the establishment along with a table with maybe four ppl…which means it wasn’t busy at all. First off, it took a min for our drinks to come and appetizers. The appetizers(cheesesteak egg rolls) were good n hot. The shrimp n lobster bisque was cold. I told the waitress Vanessa, she told me she was going to replace it and never did! As we ate our appetizers, we asked what was going with the kids food and we were told by the waitress AC that the kids food comes out with the adult’s entrees which was crazy to me! Everytime we had a concern about something the waitress's pretty much had something smart to say instead of trying to make our service better! When our food finally came it was cold the mashed potatoes was stiff as a brick the asparagus was hard n salty, my steak was medium well( how I asked) but cold! We never got our sodas we asked for, the kids finally got their food but we had to ask for their ice cream that came with it which they finally got 5 mins before we left! It was just a horrible experience and the waitress’s need to learn to satisfy the customers instead of all the back n forth especially when you paying your hard earned money! I can’t imagine coming back when it’s extremely busy! And they didn’t even attempt to take anything off our bill for all the wrong we went through while there for hours!

To start out this establishment is very beautiful and welcoming, however “Everything that Glitters isn’t gold”… Myself along with our party guest spent well over $1500.00. On yesterday 03/17/2024, the parking is yet an understatement. It’s connected to a Hotel that has parking but you’re not allowed to use the valet service. The establishment has one restroom (unisex) as you are more than welcome to use the restroom in the lobby of the hotel. The description of what was supposed to be set up for the reservations was not followed through. As we were told the individual that set up the reservation for our event wasn’t working that day.. Moving forward to the food, our menu for that day was an appetizer ( steak eggrolls), an entrée of your choice ( filet “steak”) (chicken) or (salmon). The sides was mashed potatoes and asparagus.. The individuals that order steak x3 one was cold and the other two was burnt to a crisp literally looked like a hockey puck… Everyone who ordered the salmon I mean everyone received it over cooked and salty. The chicken by all means was simply amazing. The mashed potatoes that came to the table was cold and stiff (most of them) and the asparagus was very crunchy. Giving the time that we had to wait for our food was simply ridiculous giving the fact that we was the only party inside this establishment outside of a party of 5 individuals. Nothing was solidified as if no one was able to do or seem to have the power to do. This establishment is presented to be a 5 star establishment yet McDonald’s has done better. Worst experience ever!!!!!

It was my first time at Sullivan's. The manager last night (3.16.24) was Great! We were celebrating a birthday and he made sure we had an amazing time. The entire staff was friendly.
