Supino Pizzeria New Center

Their salads and pizzas are top-notch! The minestrone soup is lacking a bit, as far as flavor goes, but it's still good. The wait staff are always pleasant, as well.

Great pie however this visit the cleaners must be on strike. Not busy but pepperoni on dining floor and the bathroom was disgusting. Step trash can busted pee all over floor and seat. Hair all over floor and inch thick of dirt and grime on base boards. Step up folks!

Favorite place to grab a slice in town. But im not a fan of them reversing the tip amounts from 18% 20% 25% to 25% 20% 18% to trick patrons to tip more is kind of scummy

Let’s just say supino is my favorite pizza in Detroit. So why the 1 star? Here goes. Went to their eastern market location to get some slices on a limited lunch break. Unfortunately, due to the cold, a pipe broke and they were closed. Bummer and bummer for the owners after completely redoing restaurant after a fire recently. I then called new center to order some slices (now very limited time for lunch)
They don’t do slice orders, but come on in, they are ready. So I did. Out of what I wanted, 10 min wait. I was already out of time. They said they have cheese slices and I said great. I’ll take 2. Please sprinkle some pepperoni on them when warming. No sir. We don’t do that. Back and forth we went and nope. Can’t add pepperoni. Customer service here is the worst. Come on, super easy, she even had discussion w manager- nope.
Well, I’m done with supino. I’ll spend my hard earned dollars somewhere else. Something so simple, to keep a lifelong customer. Oh and by the way, I’ll be removing their catering menus from all of my business locations around Detroit. Not supporting a business like this. Not in these hard times.

Overrated. Crust was good, cheese is gross, and it doesnt hold up well at all as "next day cold pizza". Have to be honest, that was my last Supinos.

Waited 40 minutes and left.
No one told us the took reservations, instead we were told we were next and they seated other people.

Supinos was so warm and delightful the food was delicious everything about this restaurant was great.

Vegetarian options: There were plenty of vegetables offered.

So happy to have Supino nearby. Don’t sleep on the pasta special or the wine. The arugula salad with labneh dressing and almonds is one of my all time favorites.

Stop in for a slice and a bowl of soup at the bar for a quick and filling lunch.

Best pizza in Detroit hands down, we usually get it once a week. If we don’t get cheese or chep, we get the red white green or the smokey. Love the interior design at the restaurant but we almost always get it for take out. Cashiers are always super friendly and quick.
