I ordered on door dash at the 6 mile location . The half order wings were 1 wing short and I specifically selected no sauce which was an up-charge and yet still received wings with sauce! Now to the macaroni… it was very dry with hardly any cheese or seasoning . Im not sure if it’s just this mobile location that gives bare minimum for effort with the food these days or the quality has changed overall. I went to the main location recently and the food just seemed to be better prepared. Please do better Sweet Water Express!

Dirty lobby. I asked for a cup of water and they said they don't have cups here while the staff all have cups. They have a vending machine but they dont own it so they wont give you refunds if it gets jammed. The oil smells really old. You can tell everything's kinda dirty if you look in the kitchen. There's much better places to eat if you go just 2 miles north of here closer to Southfield.

Gorgeous Misfit

We ordered off uber eats and we did not get half our order! The baked beans was missing, chicken was missing out the half rib half wings dinner, the food was burned and nasty! This crap was $45 !!!!!!!!!!!!! Tf !!!!!!!! I didn't even get half the food!!! I'm calling the health department on yall !

Definitely just a express location. In order to get the whole experience I recommend you visit the original reasurant down town Detroit but they have the best chicken wings

SWEET&SPICY 2019

The customer service is terrible. I have been going here for years and the customer service was never great. My last experience was 8.19.24 it will probably be my last at this location. I stood at the register for at least 6 minutes without so much as a hello. Then when I was finally acknowledged I was told they on shift changes so they weren’t taking orders. I think I’ll just go to the other locations where they have staff they act like they are at work.

I ordered my wings with no sauce. I got all the way home and they had sauce on them. I called back and expressed my displeasure in my ordered and the young lady who helped me stated that she would take my name and I could come in and give my name and they would replace my order. Now this is where it went bad....today I was in the area so I stopped and explained the situation gave my name and the man who I'm sure at this point was lying about his name being Bob stating that he was the manager on shift on Monday, August 5, 2024 @ 11:20 am was beyond RUDE. He was not accommodating at all, very short, was yelling, had a horrible disposition to be working in customer service, walked away several times as I was asking questions, accused me of lying about some wings, and made the other customers leave who walked in after me due to his behavior. When I asked for information to the manager or the owner he made up an email address and gave it to me told me that there was no business contact for them and he was not going to give me their personal numbers (that I didn't ask for). I asked him for his name he walked away stating that his name was Bob and laughed and stated, "do you think I'm going to tell you my name." My thoughts as I walked out was if your customer service wasn't so terrible you wouldn't mind. As a business owner in the near area I will never support this establishment again and will never recommend to anyone else either.
