Ordered Doordash for the first time: ribs n wings with roasted potatoes and side of greens. Most of it was HORRIBLE!!! Ribs were burnt and had NO flavor/seasoning. Potatoes had a weird taste, Cole slaw was sour and the wings were burnt. The greens were very tender and pretty good cornbread was a little too sweet, but very moist. I wasted $45.95!! At least the Delivery was on time.

Scammers. Tried to charge $18 for 8 pc wing that wasn't fully cooked. Then tried to charge the lady behind me $48 on the card reader but told her her total was $24.10

Never ever go to this location they have much better ran locations.I called about my fries tasting old cold and possibly double dipped . The young woman that takes orders has the nastiest personality I’ve ever seen/heard of in the food industry. She’s rude short tempered and unprofessional. Their overall review score should be an 2.3 and that’s only because the wings are good .

The cashier taking orders with the music loud then wants you to keep repeating the order. She’s not knowledgeable about the menu items. Food was too salty shrimp was cold and cooked with a lot of dough it’s a different batter( nasty) then the other
Bbq rib tips-HORRIBLE! So much sauce, you couldn’t see the meat or pieces were. And the blue cheese dressing was like a tan sauce. And the Cajun beans and rice????????? Please remove from the menu. It’s obvious no one is tasting food before it goes out! Never again will I purchase anything.

I attempted to call in ahead to place an order only to be put on hold for 27 minutes. After physically arriving to place an order, I discovered an empty lobby with employees gabbing on their cell phones. I asked if the phones were malfunctioning and the response was yes. So, I decided to share this so that future patrons will be informed to either purchase online or in-person to save time. The food is always great but the service is extremely subpar.
