I just wasted an hour of my life waiting for a bacon cheeseburger and chili cheese fries — and when I say “fries,” I mean a sad, soggy pile of grease. I specifically asked for them WELL DONE. After an hour, they came out limp and lifeless. I sent them back, waited another 15–20 minutes, and somehow the replacement fries were even worse.
This place used to be decent, but the downhill slide in both service and food is almost impressive in how bad it’s gotten. Clearly, speed, quality, and customer satisfaction mean nothing here. The fact that this place is still open is beyond me ...maybe people just don’t know any better yet.
I gave this dump another chance, and that was my mistake. An hour and a half for garbage food, zero care from the staff, and a management team that clearly couldn’t run a lemonade stand. Consider your money, time, and appetite WASTED if you come here.
NEVER again. Save yourself. You’ve been warned.

Today at 5:26AM I was on break at work came to this coney island and ordered a breakfast special eggs scrambled soft w/cheese hash browns sausage & white toast a small coffee and large coke. Now this place is usually Good when it comes to food. But I had to put up this review because I literally could have gotten sick 🤢 from the food that I was given. My food smelled and tasted like it was cooked in a dirty grill that wasn’t cleaned properly. My coffee was cold and dirty looking it tasted like it was three old. The cook looked overwhelmed and stressed and the girl looked like she had a bad attitude this never happens when I come here but the ppl in that shift need to be talked to by the manager. This is very unacceptable. The manager did take care of me but If i ever see that cook or girl there again im leaving this food literally looked horrible and tasted bad. Photos are attached and the people on the shift today 7/11/25 at 5:20 am need a disciplinary action seriously!

So I've been here several times. They made my food wrong and didn't want to remake it. Thankfully, they gave me a refund. I asked why couldn't they remake it and she said the cook didn't want to.

Cashier not friendly. Wearing long weave all over the place with no hair net. Taking money and handling food without washing her hands. Fries fried too damned hard. Loose burger buns swimming in grease at the bottom and a not enough meat. If I could I would give no stars. I spent 40 dollars on garbage. Today July 1st 2025. 2 wing ding dinners, 1cod dinner, 1 cheesburger deluxe meal,1 large fry. Requested extra tartar sauce. No ranch for the wing ding dinners. Tried not to give the drink w/ deluxe meal. None of the food was good. They have fallen waaay off.....👋👋👋

I just left here at 8:30 July 1st 2025 the usual white or Italian guy wasn't their which when he is guaranteed your food comes out good and crisp. This young black man who was in there today made me wing I ate them got sick they wasn't fully cooked still rubbery. I will not be going back its to much going on to be serving food raw

BAY BBBBB! When I tell you that this is one of those DIVE’s that is a hidden gem TJ’s is that spot……. REAL FOOD COOKED the right way. We need one in my city. Every time I come to D TOWN I will be hitting yall up. THANKS LOVE IT!!!!

Found hair in my food on my pancakes the 2 of the 3 cashiers kept coughing & not washing they hands this lil place is nasty needs to be cleaned & maintained 24hrs or not this lil spot deserve to be cleaned,,the fact that they have bulletproof windows they serve food thru says alot about the establishment 4 thumbs down for me on experience & food taste quality, quantity wasn't the issue pancakes where bigger than the box
