Found hair in my food on my pancakes the 2 of the 3 cashiers kept coughing & not washing they hands this lil place is nasty needs to be cleaned & maintained 24hrs or not this lil spot deserve to be cleaned,,the fact that they have bulletproof windows they serve food thru says alot about the establishment 4 thumbs down for me on experience & food taste quality, quantity wasn't the issue pancakes where bigger than the box

I called to order my food was on hold for an hour. I get on the inside and the cook was using his hands no gloves to cook anything or grab anything. Was flipping my burger pretty with the raw chicken utensil. 🤢 very unsanitary

Came inside to place your order. Two people was in front of me. When I left and came back one person was still left. Three other people was behind me and received a food before I did. The young lady at the front had an attitude when I questioned her about my food. If it was ready, said yeah with a attitude gave me someone else's order that was at drive-thru. Then another gentleman walked in, placed the order and his food was ready 5 minutes after I've been there for 30 minutes. Don't hire somebody young to work the front counter with no type of customer service. Rude attitude doesn't make sense. This is not their business so they can care less!! And the order I placed was still wrong. After all of that rude customer service, she needs another profession on how to treat customers and customer service!! There's also a new establishment that's opening next door in the liquor store. Hopefully they have better customer service than what this Coney Island has to offer at the front counter. Terrible!!

Awful customer servive and business practices. NEVER AGAIN.....Last night around 11pm I went there and ordered a wing ding meal as well as another dinner. Once I got home to eat there was less chicken in the combo meal than what was on the menu. I called back immediately to complain speaking to the young lady who originally took my order "I didn't think I needed to count the wing dings before leaving and I'm Not driving back 40 minutes to replace". The young lady agreed I should've had to count my chicken and she'd talk to the cooks., she took my name and number and said that my meal would be replaced the next day!. Well that didn't happen! I went back this afternoon and the day shift said there was nothing they could do because it was a midnight situation. Although they were aware of the situation they could not give out free food.....and that I should bring the food back tonight on the midnight shift. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? I didn't hesitate to call TJ'S CONEY ISLAND back last night to address the problem but today NOBODY is trying to satisfy the customer. It's not giving away free food, its call fixing the problem by replacing the meal the next day as promised. This was an inconvenience come back to still be dissatisfied and treated as if there mistake was my fault.....in Hindsight it was TJ's coney island that got FREE MONEY because I didn't get what I paid for. In closing customer service 101 is definitely needed there! It's a shame that in black communities we only work for them we don't own our establishments. Wake up people, lets get our own businesses. Without the black dollars supporting their business they will fail. It's up to us as a people to stand up and demand respect or shut them down. I wouldn't recommend patronizing this establishment. LET'S BE THE SOLUTION, NOT THE PROBLEM BY GIVING THEM OUR MONEY AND BEING TREATED ANY KIND OF WAY!

The food here is always excellent. Everything I’ve ever had from here was delicious. It’s unfortunate because every visit the staff is so rude and uninviting just dry and almost nasty.
