I have literally been sitting in the drive-through for 30 minutes I really don’t understand then they have the nerve to have the type of drive-through that you can’t get out of I’m literally late to work because I wanted a taco it takes me 45 minutes to get to work I left an hour and a half before I had to go to work and Taco Bell is one minute away from my house if you have a big order it’s called have them pull to the side so that you can get your smaller orders out and they don’t have to sit and be cold which If I may add my food was very cold just absolutely ridiculous being trapped in a drive-through that I should’ve spent 10 to 12 minutes in never again if I want Taco Bell I will always go to another location

I'm gonna cut to the chase. When a DoorDash/Uber Eats driver is trying to VERIFY the order (because it is OUR JOB on the line if certain mistakes are made and it's an unspoken "rule" that every bad thing is OUR fault as the delivery drivers) that you all but TOSSED at us without speaking, you do NOT — Let me say that again — you DO NOT — I don't think you heard me so here it goes again — YOU. DO. NOT cop an attitude, scream "Oh My God! LOOK AT THE BAG" through the window, ESPECIALLY when we have been nice and polite and are just trying to make sure that you gave us the customer's order.
Reading the other reviews, it's clear that nobody at this location takes their job seriously, including management. Shut the place down; it's clearly unkempt, the service ranges from terrible to non-existent, it's a colossal waste of space. Fire everyone — they hate their jobs anyway. Why should you get to be an abusive jerk for a paycheck? DO NOT EAT HERE!

Very poor customer service. Refused to give us a receipt . When we were trying to look over the picture we had to take to show the cost of everything the lady act as thought this was a problem and said we are taking too long. Will never go her ever again. Called customer service giess they didn't care either. How dare you get mad because a customer asks for a receipt to make sure you 1 .. have the order correct , 2 not over charging !!! Unbelievable.

Walked inside the restaurant and it felt like walking into a prison. It was cramped with nothing but a giant plexiglass and two tablets to place your own order. Then if you have a question, you have to yell. I feel like i should be receiving a paycheck if i’m going to take my own order. What happened to customer service? I will not be patronizing this location again.
