We arrived at the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. We waited 5 minutes to order. We asked several times for mild sauce during the ordering interaction. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our order. Again, at the window, we asked for mild sauce. The girl in the window nodded and passed us our order. We drove off, and then discovered once we were home that they didnt include ANY SAUCE WHATSOEVER. When a person asks for mild sauce 4 times, how on earth can you forget to include the one thing that they reminded you to include repeatedly. These people are incompetent, and most likely, smoking something other than a cigarette. Good lord. No one wants to eat Taco Hell without the sauce. That's how you force down the food you got out of exhaustion and desperation down. Do better people. No wonder the reviews for this establishment are so bad. Franchise owner, we hope you read your reviews, but its pretty evident that you dont, or you couldn't care less. We won't come back. We'd rather drive 15 mins out of our way to the Ferdale location than deal with this circus. Your establishment has been repeatedly incompetent.

Make no sense how long it took. Get your line person a yellow scoop if she left handed. They also need to learn how to count. 3 secs and flip......Manager do better at prep saw her ran out of cheese and trying to save the cheese......stuffer can't be staring at the screen. Steamer should be telling them what they make. And send the grill first...thank you fellow Taco Bellian

My worst food experience of the year unfolded at a Taco Bell, a place I usually adore. That day, my stomach grumbled with hunger as I pulled into the drive-thru, feeling hopeful despite the line of cars snaking ahead of me. Moments turned into an hour, and the line barely budged. The honking horns of impatient drivers created a symphony of frustration that reverberated in the air around me.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, someone began speaking through the speaker, and my anticipation surged. Another half hour ticked by agonizingly as I held my breath, waiting to place my order. When I finally made it to the window, much later after already ordering I thought relief was near—until I was met with bewilderment.

A woman approached, chuckling as she asked for my order once more. I relayed it again, my voice tinged with disbelief as she casually replied that my food had simply been sitting there. With a dismissive flourish, she handed it over to me.

It was surreal to think of how long I had waited for what was meant to be fast food. As I drove away, the thrill of anticipation soon morphed into disappointment. I finally tasted the burritos I had longed for, only for the experience to turn bitter as I found myself throwing up shortly after. It was a culinary saga I won’t soon forget.

I'm always pleased at this location
The manager and owner is doing a wonderful job
My food is always hot and tasty.
I AM always supplied with napkins and sauces even without requesting.
This is one of the best Taco Bell locations and this service and excellence is usually only expected in the suburban areas.
To the staff and managers, please keep up your excellent service!!!

I've never left a review for a taco bell, but this one did me dirty. I wanted to try the new hot cheeto burrito, but this is what I got. Tasted like charred grill scraps and was completely inedible.. Do better.

Ordered from the Taco Bell app for delivery food showed up really cold. Everything tasted terrible. Do not recommend this Taco Bell ever don’t go there. You won’t get proper food. That’s my fault but now I know that I won’t go to this one. This one is terrible.
