Great customer service I was having a long day decided to go get me some tacos. Happy I chose this Taco Bell we even share some laughs made my day better, and the food was great

Every time I come here it’s a problem. At this very moment I’ve been waiting 32 minutes for six spicy soft tacos. 80% of the time they give me hard dry old potatoes. Also I ordered on the Taco Bell app. She told me it’ll be 5 to 10 minutes after 15 minutes had already passed. I’ll call multiple times and nobody will answer the phone. I don’t know what they are doing in there and telling all the cars that they only take an online orders but you’re not answering the phone and they are not bringing my food outside of the restaurant. So I guess I won’t be able to eat today. I waited for a total of 47 minutes. After I called them twice and them not answering the phone and waiting 47 minutes and I decided to leave. What do you know soon as I pulled in my driveway the app says my order is ready. We’ll they can take that order and stick it where the sun don’t shine. And I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company. Trifling restaurant every time I come here is the problem. I stopped coming here for almost a year but they appear to be getting the act together so return but I’m not retiring again. It’s no wonder why these fast food workers get paid low wages. They deserve it. And for the ones working today that’s why you working on a holiday and my order cost more than your pay wage.

The customer service is horrible. I waited in the drive-thru 5 minutes with no greeting. After waiting I said hello into the speaker. That is when I was told they are not taking drive-thru orders. I asked the lady in the car behind me could she back up to let me out because they are not taking drive thru orders. The cashier yelled through the speaker in a nasty tone “Yeah I said we’re not taking drive-thru orders you have to come in.” I wasn’t even talking to her. The citizens in this community deserves better customer service while spending our money.
This place has thee worse customer service ever, very very rude & unprofessional. I waited in the drive thru at the speaker for 10 minutes for them to come to the speaker & say hold on, then come back 2 minutes later & say “All we taking right now is online orders cus yea we ain’t got no beef for real, so what you tryna get”? I promise those were her exact words!!!
