I ordered off door dash and it was a hour n a half late food was cold nasty and overcooked a minni me funky girl pulled up saying sorry it was a order before yours with her ugly self!!

I visited this place today and was very disappointed. First I went to the drive thru where I waited and waited no one ever took my order. I decided to go inside. I get to the counter and there is no one there. I could clearly see people in the back. They didn't bother to take my order. I try to give restaurants in the hood a chance but they seem to mess up every time. I don't understand why employees lack integrity. It's a shame that I have to travel out of my way to the suburbs to get quality service. They should shut this w. Mcnichols location down.

Tried to go in to pick up a DoorDash order and the toothless manager going to shut the door and lock it at 7:30 when it clearly says on the door that they don’t close until 9.

They are NEVER open in the inside. It’s always short staffed. If you don’t have staff just stay closed. They mess up your order and you can’t go inside for them to fix it. They also take the phone off the hook so you can’t call. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It’s crazy you can’t get decent fast food in the hood!

Unfortunately, I did not get service because inside was closed and it was drive thru only. I like to wash my hands before I eat, and I was not near where I could wash. I really wanted some tacos, but wasn't willing to compromise.
