There were times when I’d have phenomenal service, the worker was straightforward, my order was right, and there wasn’t too long of a wait. Now it’s become a major issue. The wait is abysmal, not that the food comes out slow, but giving it out becomes a hassle. They call out numbers for orders, which I wasn’t given, and then since I didn’t go up there, my order just sat there. I had no way of knowing my number since it wasn’t verbally communicated to me, or on my receipt. And when I went up for my order, the lady threw it to me, and walked off. Rude service, and miscommunication seems to be the new growing trend there.

I ordered 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos on 9/10/25 at around 8:45 pm and they were the best burritos I've ever had from taco bell. The service was also exceptional.

Sometimes I will get to see such friendly people working, sometimes there will be the meanest people working over there. I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about. The customer service was amazing. Food came out quick as well. Maybe they just have a hard time when it's busy, which is understandable. And they try their best to keep things neat and clean.Also, I'll update this if I end up vomiting in the middle of the night like one of the other reviews said, lol.
