Great food and portion sizes! In addition to that, they have never to my recollection made any mistakes with my orders. Great selection and customer service. The only thing that I can think of that they need to improve on is their egg rolls, and their almond chicken. Sometimes their almond chicken can be kind of dry.

I love this place. I lost count of how many times I've gotten a carry out from here. The woman who answers the phone and takes the orders is so so sweet and that is really appreciated as a customer. I've been in there picking up an order when it is pretty busy and she is always calm, patient and repeats orders. The food is flavorful and delicious without giving that full groggy feeling after. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. Definitely recommend this place. My only complaint is that they don't accept credit card for delivery, so if you don't have cash you have to pick it up. I am lazy and hate leaving my apartment if I don't have to so this is a light inconvenience but doesn't ever stop me from ordering! Picking up an order now.

Called to tell her the rice was burnt you could actually see it before tasting it and it smelled burnt as well...She started yelling and saying this how we make our rice. I politely said have a great day I should not have gave them a second chance

ATTN ALL SPREAD THE WORD AND PLEASE SHARE DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Worse customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. My delivery was wrong I spent $30 with extra paid for shrimp fried rice that was just rice with shrimp on top. I also ordered a combo of bourbon and shrimp with only 2 shrimp lol. When I called to calmly explain to the lady who took my order I had an issue, I couldn't believe how she went off when I never yelled or insulted this woman as someone who works in customer service I am very serious about respect I was blatantly screamed at without any regard over talked disrespected I had to ask the lady to please not yell at me I was only trying to explain my order was not ok she hung up on me and told me I don't have to order again problem solved. Then when I called back picked up and hung up I kept calling until some guy answered to laugh and over talk me mock me and ask repeatedly so what's wrong this is nothing ill cook better next time!!!! Wha???? REALLY I will report these people and tell everyone never go here GO TO CHAN'S ON GRATIOT WONDERFUL FOOD AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE was trying something new because Chans doesnt deliver and i didn't want to drive at the time but NEVER AGAIN I PRAY THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS PLEASE SHARE

Yuck! Bland food. I ordered the sesame chicken. The chicken tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. Nothing was added to what I assume was bagged generic sesame sauce(Usually theres minced garlic and ginger, other ingrediants) For $14 one would expect a bit more effort.
