Service was attentive. We ordered botana nachos and asada fries for appetizers. The fries were undercooked and the cheese on the nachos wasn't melted. The carne asada tacos and tostada were delicious as well as the horchata.

We will NEVER go back. Thought I'd take my family for a nice lunch just to find there several men dressed up as ulgy woman prancing around showing way too much.. doing some sort of sick show in front of children (including mine). We ordered then the freaks came out. We left before our drinks were served. Never we will return. Spread the word. This is not a family restaurant anymore this is a freak show restaurant DO NOT bring your children. I lost my appetite.

FOOD POISONING! I Called in and did a takeout order for a birria pizza and when I went to pick it up I had to wait for my pizza, just for it to be cold. Arrived home and warmed the pizza it was very soggy and disgusting, lacked meat, EXTREMELY SALTY and inedible. A few hours later me and my boyfriend who consumed the food had stomach aches and threw up. I go here all the time and dine in and have no issues, the takeout is disgusting and my mom told me this before but I didn’t listen. I mean the pizza de birria or the tacos don’t look how they do when you takeout vs when you dine in. If there is two different cooks he needs to be fired!!!! The birria and the meat were obviously old and reused that’s why they made me sick. When I say disgusting I mean absolutely disgusting. They agreed for me to come in and get my order remade. Even they know something was up and that they were wrong or maybe the food was old because these places never agree to remake without getting the food back. I don’t even want to go for my free pizza or eat birria ever again in life that’s how upset my stomach was.

They have good food but there is no consistency, they need a barista who is consistent and always availableI recommend the grilled tacosAnd that you eat at the restaurant

The wait staff was so attentive. They frequently checked in to ask if we needed anything and brought us tons of chips and salsa. Awesome hot sauces too, the avocado was my favorite. The tacos here are top notch, can’t say I’ve had better tacos with as much variety and options anywhere else in the city. Well worth the drive from the burbs. I don’t know how this place isn’t 5 stars all around. Love El Parian!

A hidden gem in Southwest Detroit.They have live music certain days ?. I Love the flautas here. The rice is really good and flavorful. The beans are excellent ! They have the charro ones !Super clean and attentive service !
