This place has the worst customer service. You speak to them, they don't speak back. You ask the questions they act like you getting on their nerves. Always on there phone never giving the customer the undivided attention. I only come here if it's the last resort. ??

Hey, I was here yesterday and I was missing some items from my order. I doubt there’s much that can be done now, but it’s just a bummer. I believe i has like 60 items total when I ordered but only have 55 items when I got home. I still paid roughly the same price for 60 items for 55 items. The ladies seemed flustered with the order. They were helpful and threw in some pre rolls for my wait but next time just make sure I get the exact amount I ordered with replacements if you’re out of stuff.

Bad day at the Bel-Air location. I shop regularly and spend a decent amount of money there. I didn't complain when last visit they gave me the wrong flavor on one eigth my bud. But this time I check my purchase and find the THC level much much lower than advertised . They refused to exchange or refund. I wasted alot of money on something I wouldn't have chosen. I own a business and go out of my way to satisfy my customers. Very disappointed. I understand THC levels fluctuate , but you can't sell a lesser product for the same price and pass it off as the same. Done. Cathy Kay
