The prices on the waffle cones are a little bit higher than I would like

I use to love this tea when they had a location at Great Lakes Crossing. I was excited to try the Partridge Creek location but was highly disappointed when I went to the store today, their sign advised open however, they had their doors locked and there were two women in the store who were having a conversation, possibly an interview? I find it quite strange to have an interview and close the store down preventing business from flowing? It was me and three other women I did not know looking to support their business, I eventually left and went to Starbucks for a good 20minutes and walked around for another 15minutes. I then walked by the tea store again and the women were still having the conversation with the doors locked. The woman who looked like she worked there had long black hair and was rather rude not offering an explanation or time frame of when they will actually unlock the doors, she just waved her hand up as if to shoo me away. If you do not want to service your customers simply turn your open sign around to closed to prevent people from being confused on why you refuse to unlock the doors. Mind you it was 3:00 in the afternoon. I will not be supporting this business any further, this is how small businesses stay small and wind up closing their doors, poor customer service. Quite disappointing when you drive an hour to come to a location that prioritized having a store conversation over loyal customers.

I ordered couple tea items on Feb 13 2024, today is the 23 of Feb 2024 and I have not received the order yet, I have been calling since yesterday to check on order the phone rings and no one picks up and I also sent an email, and also no answer.I will never order from there again

I am big fan of this place and using their product for quite sometime. But, I’m disappointed with their online delivery. Received 0.5OZ tea less amount than what I Ordered.

Hello all, I ordered 18 ounces of a variety of tea, on November 24th, 2023 (Black Friday), I have yet to sea the order or hear if the reason why the tea hasn't arrived. I called the number attached to the site and it went to a voicemail (I did leave a message). I want to know how long does it take? This is terrible customer service to say the least.The store closed down at 12 Oaks so I drove to Partridge Creek but they did not have much tea, but I was told that the teas that I asked for could possibly be in this box (shipment that had arrived but the manager was the one to open the box). As soon as Brooklyn (rep from the store) called to say that they tea was in, I made my order days later (on line).I have yet to received anything.My order was about $77.00.

Absolutely love Taste of Tea! Highly recommend. Lots of teas to choose from and you woudn't get bored. Will definetly go back to this place again.

I want to like their tea, but it's just not that great, plus it's expensive (which would be fine if it was good)... nothing compares to Teavana :'(
