It is a fun time, the food is always good and the staff are nice and helpful. At times they could be a little more prompt with getting more meats out. Other than that would highly recommend to others.

The servers were very good and the food was okay, but the atmosphere was not great. All of the tables were packed together like sardines, and even my drink was served in a plastic, cheap-looking martini glass. I don’t mean to sound bougie, but when I’m paying at least $100 on a meal, I’d like the atmosphere to feel nice and expensive. I don’t go out to fancy places often, so it means a lot to make the experience special. Also, on a very basic note, for the captivity of people that are in that establishment they need to have more than TWO SINGLE PERSON RESTROOMS! There was a line for the toilet and people including myself could barely hold it! Please get more toilets in that place.

Please ignore the bad reviews and dine here. The food is deivine! Worthy of the Aztec gods themselves.
Atmosphere is incredible and the servuce is top notch providing the level of meat you want to be cooked at and you are spoilt for choice at the salad bar.
Will be recommeding this place to all of my friends back home in London UK.

This place has amazing food..the only thing I feel is not right is if you have leftovers on your plate and they don't let you take home. As much as it costs they should let people have a box for what's left on their plate. Definitely recommend eating here, nice salad bar and endless meat...so good❤️

Went there for lunch couple weeks ago. They used to serve good lamb meat on lunch buffet, it was very disappointing this time. The taste and smell was unbearable. Please bring back the old recipe.

Honestly mid and disappointing. Invest in some no knives that actually cut the meat. Had us at the dinner table sawing away

I was so excited since I first made my reservation, but I left feeling pretty disappointed. I went on February 15th and I waited about 30 minutes for a seat which isnt too bad for valentinesday weekend, but there's not much space to sit while youre waiting so I was left standing near the door. I was watching the people that were coming in and leaving the restaurant and I saw a homeless man with a cardboard ukelele walk in and head straight to the bathroom, it all happened within a matter of like 3 seconds so I thought I was just seeing things or seeing it incorrectly until after I left the restaurant with my husband and he told me he saw the same guy. (If you check the camera, my reservation was at 7:45 so it had to be somewhere between 7:40~8:10pm and I believe he used the regular door to walk in not the revolving door) but regardless I didn't want to take my chances so I completely avoided the bathroom even though I really had to pee, I just held it in. When we finally got to our table I was expecting there to be something valentinesday related because we booked a reservation for the valentinesday experience but literally nothing was different, not even valentinesday decorations so I dont understand why that was even an option. The couple next to us were arguing very passive aggressively and it was very uncomfortable to have to listen for us, and a man at the table in front of us kept coughing so loud that I was losing my appetite. Aside from that, everyone was very nice and the staff was accommodating. The lobster bisque, cheese and mashed potatoes were 10/10, but the meat was honestly pretty cold and the steak was very overcooked I had to fight with it to even get a small piece. The same two people also kept coming around and offering us the same sausage and spicy steak that we didnt want, and the people that we wanted to come seemed to be avoiding us. Definitely not worth the 130 something dollars for two people, felt like I was in a fast food restaurant with the quality.

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My husband and I went to dinner and waited 5 hours for a table. At 10:40 PM we were finally seated, and we only ate one sausage and one piece of chicken with bacon. There was only one sausage and a tiny piece of chicken. There weren't many people working, and the few who were kept going from table to table and didn't come to our table. We paid $140, an enormous amount for what we got. A horrible experience. I never thought we would pay $140 for a sausage and a tiny piece of chicken. What a disappointment! Money is hard to earn, and nobody gives it away. It's not fair to do this.
Expensive but it was a good time
I don't know if it was worth the money spent for 4 people.
