The food is amazing. Esp the sweet chili wings. I had the "Say Less" drink. Raspberry, lemonade and d'usse. Strong but good. Shotgun shrimp was similar to boom boom but less saucy. Tasty! Service was the winner. Hostess was the best. attentive and kind. Friendly and fast service. Lots of parking and seating. Cool decor. Local art & reference. Def be back.
The food speaks for itself. I went in with just libations on my mind but I ordered food in a short amount of time. It was a small issue at first but the waitress Larese B took care of everything!
Just celebrated my 5-2 birthday there! Our waitress was super AWESOME!! The drinks and food were on point! It was important for me to have my birthday dinner at a Black owned restaurant especially since it’s Black History month and it’s my birthday 2/28! The restaurant played Stevie Wonder Happy Birthday song without me or my guest asking. We will definitely be back to support!! Thank you for an amazing time and great food!!

The Block is a welcome addition to pre-concert dining and a great spot for a lively brunch with friends. The shrimp and grits feature well-seasoned, nicely textured grits, while the salmon BLT burger offers a creative twist. The food and drinks are on point, and the DJ plays all the hits. The service is prompt and very good, with the staff being extremely kind and attentive. The whole place has a vibrant atmosphere, making for a wonderful experience and an excellent dinner. The food is excellent and tasty, with generous salad portions and flavorful vegetables. Guests have noted the pasta and the best chicken sandwich. Despite being a little noisy, the delicious food makes it worthwhile.
