Today we purchased two carrot cake chai lattes. And both cups were half filled. We noticed that the quality of drinks depends on who is making them. Which is sad because my family and I usually go to the Congregation every weekend.

The coffee was good, I had the Red Eye coffee and I also had the turkey melt and that was great! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very laid and back and totally relaxed! I’m definitely looking forward to going back soon!!!

EYUCCCKK! Energy and customer service at a 0. I believe they reside in the inner city to take the money of the residents without building a real connection… the big asian guy with ponytail stood over me like he was gonna beat me up if I didn’t move fast enough because my friend and I hadn’t bought anything… MIND YALL it is finals week we would’ve bought drinks and food no problem but he ran up without even saying hello like “ Did y’all buy anything ?! You need to leave this is a restaraunt…” That was a turn off so yeah no thanks to the aggression making my food and drinks. Pray y’all find better people. Maybe this experience doesn’t reflect ownership but the nasty treatment and i’ve been coming and buying food and drinks from them for over a year is wild.
Overall I think the space is beautiful and the people who were there were kind asking if someone was sitting next to you or can I use the plug by you? However the staff , very disrespectful and badd energy. This was my first time with a friend that had been there before. We were approached about bringing in a cup of coffee and told we could not have other coffee in the space ok! Although I didn’t know I could understand it was the tone and we were told “to drink it or leave” !!! Whoa ok so we did drink it. We continued to study and 20 minutes later another staff came over “have you ordered anything? Cause if not this is for paying customers and you’re going to have to leave.” “ Vacate the premises”I could have ordered something a coffee or pastry but the nasty tone and the male standing over my friend I politely began to gather my things. I would never return here. No thank you. In addition other’s were sitting that had not ordered anything but were studying with friends. As a business owner this reflects ownership.

I like it here! I wish they leaning more into the theme w the music but that’s just a personal opinion. It gets pretty crowded and wish the seats / tables weren’t so smushed together. I gotta go elbow to elbow with randos sometimes. That’s fine tho. They have a cool basement with events going on sometimes I wish that I got more food for the price :,( but nice! Maybe I’ll try the pizza next door one day.

I haven't had any food from here but the drinks are good. Prices are typical cafe pricing. The seating is very comfortable but it is often busy so it can be hard to find a spot, especially if you go with a group.
