Completed a 3 day juice cleanse. Placed my order the day before and it was ready for pick up the next day in the afternoon. The cleanse was great for resetting my pallette and detoxing.
I had 5 juices per day with the capsules, tons of water, and leafy green salad with vinaigrette dressing (if needed) on Day 2. I feel great and lost 8 lbs. My sugar cravings are gone and I've been eating clean ever since. The best part was that I was able to workout daily with cardio and/or strength training without feeling weak. This was important to me. So, I was very happy with this outcome.
If you need to reset, I'd recommend their juice cleanse. Just be ready when you drink juice #3 because you will want to stay close to a bathroom ?. Thanks Energy Zone!!!!

The owner at this establishment is very unprofessional and a thief who tries to make people who are trying to make ends meet extremely hard! The owner of this establishment places orders for grocery delivery, have extremely detailed instructions and expectations, and you can go above and beyond and this owner will not tip the shopper, gives horrible feedback and calls in and says they did not receive their orders! Please don’t patronize this establishment if you care about the humanity of people, especially single mothers who are trying to make a living for their families!
