This is our second time visiting, my Mom is very hard to please when it comes to Greek food ever since Hellas closed like 20 years ago. This restaurant more than exceeded expectations. The Saganaki, Greek Salad and Lemon rice soup were fantastic and the Lamb Souvlaki was tender and perfectly cooked. Lisa our server made the experience fantastic from beginning to end and I hope we are lucky enough to get her as our server next time we visit. 10/10 cannot recommend highly enough

The rubber grape vines and the guy watching soccer on the old tube TV in the back are long gone but this genuine old Detroit classic remains. They make their gyro cones from scratch in house. As real as they come for that old Greektown quality. A true classic I never miss going to when downtown. Great prices. Food. Service. Opa! Don't skip that octopus salad!

I stopped in here on a Sunday after mass across the street at Saint Mary’s. I travel around the country and this may have been the best gyro I’ve had here. My experience was phenomenal.

My son, husband and I dined here last week. Of course I forgot to take pictures, but our server Lisa was fabulous and so was the food. We had an amazing cab from Greece and calamari to start. My son insisted that the lamb shank was the best and he was not wrong, fall off the bone delicious. Looking forward to trying other menu items in the future.

ioannis Yanni Dionisopoulos robbed me of my cellphone. The GPS located it at his restaurant after they beat me and put me in jail on false charges.
This is him forcefully robbing me of my phone after I told him I posted the video to his wife's Facebook
First time I ever met the guy he yelled at me and tried to hit me with his truck. Other video has Bio.
Second time we met he robbed me of my phone
Then him and his restaurant friends about killed me in front
False police report had me in jail for 4 days
Because he robbed my phone he hid the video evidence that could have freed me
Green light cameras proved I was robbed so they let me out
Cost me $15,000 between a lawyer and stolen gear
Broke nose, Fractured ribs, Tried to snap my neck and more
Ran my name thru the mud with the false report
Without Green Light cameras I would be in jail still because they all lied

This place is "just OK". The food was fine, but nothing special. Server didn't seem like he wanted to be there. (I assume that's because gratuity is automatically added.) There were only two tables occupied, but we didn't see the server after we ordered until he dropped the bill off. There are probably better places in Greektown.

We really enjoyed our dinner here! They have an excellent menu and we especially appreciated the extensive Greek beer and wine menu. The ambiance on the restaurant side was upscale but not pretentious, cozy, with hints of Greek elements. We look forward to returning someday.
