Lobby is not open during Covid, but you can walk in and stand on a mat that lets you see the ceiling which is pretty amazing

Breathtakingly beautiful Art Deco building in the beating heart of downtown Detroit. Stunning interior with stunning mosaics, stained & leaded glass panels, mosaic marble floors, etc. Retail Concourse also has incredible architecture & vaulted ceilings. Worth a visit just to savour the talent & craftsmanship of a bygone era. Simply Beautiful.

Beautiful building, great tour! Everywhere you look there is something that catches your eye. The tiles are colorful works of art. The outside of the building is gorgeous too. Parking was easy. The Saturday & Sunday tours are great because there are fewer people if you want to try to get some photos.

I love having this little shop right in my building. It's so gorgeous in the lobby, even when it's too cold to get out of the building, I feel like I get a break from the office upstairs. The baristas are always very friendly, and I love that they run special drinks and have coconut milk as an option. Their honey cinnamon latte is the jam!

Located in the beautiful Guardian building downtown. This little coffee stand might seem like your typical museum coffee shop brewing Starbucks Pike Place beans, but their baristas are good at what they do and use good old Great Lakes coffee. Latte art and all. A nice peaceful venue to break for a cup of coffee.
