I went through the drive thru. I was not crazy about the appearance on the restaurant at all. But the ladies at the window and inside the restaurant were helpful, they were pleasant a d voutrous, with a smile. They had a professional and welcoming personality. Smiles back to you. I will see you both again. The wing dings were great!!

Just left this Coney Island. My husband and I burgers were over cooked, burnt and the bread. The cheese wasnt melted on our fries. This is unacceptable. No matter how much money you spend with a restaurant fix my meal properly. There is a million restaurants in this city/state but customers stopped at yours. The cashier rude. The short obese light skin girl/lady. Your cashier is the customer first encounter. She should have been fired. Her attitude/disposition is nasty and rude. Terrible customer service. My family and I frequently visited this location in the spring/summer 2022- 2023. Its enough bad food and service with food these days. Stop playing with people food and wasting customers money. Now this cost the owner business. If and when you so something do it right or don't do it at all. Poor service equals bad business. Don't eat there.

This is my neighborhood go to for a salad. I love the convenience of a drive-thru for your normal coney island offerings. They have a two-window operation to keep the drive-thru line moving while your food is being prepared. I always request my chicken on the side for their Famous Grilled Chicken Salad. The portions are large allowing me to keep half for a meal the next day. This is a really tasty salad. One visit before, I mistakenly dropped my credit card outside my car. Once I realized what I had done, I called and the staff had my card waiting for me to pick it up. Although they have seating for dining in, the employees are behind glass and they spin your food out to you. No wait staff in the dining room. This location has late hours of operation and for that reason you will normally see a crowd here at night.

called them twice both of the time they hung up on me i didn't even get to finish my order??? please hire someone better or something (went inside few times, y'all need some fast worker or some too)

First time in Detroit and figured we needed to give the coney dogs a try. We hit up both Lafayette and then American Coney Island right next door. We started with Lafayette because American looked like it had a lot more bells and whistles, while Lafayette had a more "hole-in-the-wall" sort of vibe. Lafayette service is super fast. You order at the counter and then they bring the dogs to your table. I was not at all impressed by the dogs. It was a just a standard hot dog on a cold bun, with chili sauce on top that was really bland. Not sure why this is considered the local specialty tbh. FWIW American next door had more flavor and I would give that 2.5/5.

Ordered a bacon deluxe with fries and a drink. It was made sloppy and disgusting didn't eat it. I will not be back to this place.
