I just LOVE it when people do something new and exciting with food. We were just passing through Detroit and looking for a mom and pop place with homemade food that’s healthy-ish. It happened to be a Thursday night so we went to the pop-up location. Fantastic food! Healthy eats with great workers laughing and having fun feeding folks! Portions are good size and quite filling while not being greasy unhealthy nonsense, will definitely be keeping an eye on their travels to visit them again!
