Great coffee and pastries. Also usually a good amount of seating+clean bathrooms. The music is usually loud if you are trying to study, but this is a great place to meet up with people to hang out!

if you want amazing coffee/espresso and a delicious pastry made by really good looking people come here. The exposed brick and large windows make it really inviting and relaxing in here making it a great place to get work done. The people that work here are hilarious and not the fake type of nice that is hard to relate to. Fav coffee shop for sure

You walk in nobody greets you and when you greet them it’s as if the employees are miserable. Rude dry and unhappy. Then they make your drink and put it to the side without announcing anything to anyone. No wonder why the place is empty.

Our Lattes were perfectly made! It’s a great place to unwind in Midtown.

They have the best scone I've had in my life. And great coffee!

Staff here are literally never friendly or warm. Coffee is about standard, usually way too hot and not too tasty. The only thing I like about this place is the atmosphere and the vegan peanut butter bars. It’s also in a pretty convenient location if you’re over this way, but nothing I’d ever go out of my way for.

Red Hook is a very solid coffee spot. Their coffee is a medium to dark roast which I like, as a regular black coffee drinker, and the baristas keep it real which I also appreciate. If you have never worked a customer service centered job you may not understand, but a barista has to deal with a lot of BS so give them a break!

I really wanted to love this place. The coffee is fine but the employees are rude seem really annoyed to speak to you or take your order. If you like to be treated like a nuisance, go here.

Great place to unwind and enjoy an evening with the boys

Those who love decaf americsno can appreciate this red hook. I can image the other offerings are fab! Non dairy creamer options included oat milk. No treats at 400pm...a little bummed.
Warm, mellow atmosphere for work and lounging. I'll return.

Great custom coffees that aren't to sweet.

Matt: “I appreciate the amenities in the bathroom even though I didn’t use them. And the availability of the bathroom”

Adeline: “I like the way the architectural features dispersed the sound within the cafe.”

Alex: “great atmosphere and wonderfully bright. One of the best mochas I have ever had, made with authentic Michigan Guerney’s chocolate milk!! (Smaller size mocha was $6…a bit much).”

Emmett: “cool music :)”

Bex pulls the best espresso shot and makes the best iced vanilla latte I’ve had in my life. She deserves a raise immediately.

Oat milk vanilla latte for the win! Not to mention a savory jalapeño scone (warmed, obvs), a rosemary shortbread cookie with the perfect amount of flaked salt on top, and a ginger molasses cookie I can’t wait to get again.
