I have a location near me and that's the one I'll frequent. Oddly both ladies were making coffees so I walked up with no greeting. And one kept turning around to stare as she was making coffee so I patiently waited for whoever would wait on me. Finally after a stare off she asks what she can get for me- still no greeting. I live across the street from this location upon entering shop I spoke to the man at the front counter who did not speak back say hello nothing he was very polite to customers befor me after speaking again to him he barely spoke back after I ordered my desert he put it in bag and pushed my order to me and gave me a look like don't come back never said a word I watched him again be very polite to customers after me I will be contacting corporateand yes I am a black women needless to say other customers were not

Adorable place!!!! The decor, even the bathrooms are SO CUTE. I got a mocha and it was good, more foam on top than I'm used to but still good. Bought some strawberry sprinkle shorties for me and my daughter and they were amazing. My friend ordered the quiche and she said it was delicious. Definitely want to come back!

The lavender latte is delicious! It's sweet enough as is and I love my coffee sweet so that's saying a lot. It's perfect amount of sweetness and I think a person who doesn't like a lot of sugar will still enjoy this!

Have been coming to the Ferndale location and honestly you can’t go wrong no matter which location you choose to go to. Coffee was great, scone too. The baristas were very friendly and efficient. The music they were playing though, didn't consider the vibe of the room as a whole. Some personal music selections played in public places often prevent a harmonious environment. Perhaps they don't care and are expressing their contempt for the job. I watched them zombie out to the beat. The vibe of a cafe is everything and that starts with music.

I like the coffee at Red Hook, but I would recommend going to the Greenway location that isn’t far from this one. They are a lot more friendly there. The staff at this location are always more concerned with conversations with each other and barely acknowledge me. Like others have commented, the music is also loud and not very relaxing if you’re looking to study or relax

My daughter lives within walking distance and I sometimes hang out with her there. I love how comfy it is in there and tend to go out in the middle of the day; so, parking was easy. The people who work there are very pleasant and engaging.Parking: I tend to venture out when everyone else are working. So, parking is always easy. I can imagine it is harder. there when more people are out & about.

First time coming to this location after Red Hook took over. The Pour Over Brazil was decent but a little watery. However the baristas were not friendly and were resistant to help in with a honest mistake. I ordered the Guatemala beans but realized later that there was almond tasting note in the drink. I have a tree nut allergy but even the taste or smell of tree nuts bothers me. I asked to change the drink and apologize for the last minute request, however the staff tried to convince me multiple times that it wouldn’t matter only because they didn’t want to make a new drink. After finally honoring my request one of the baristas look very irritated while making the new coffee. After finishing the coffee the staff still tried to convince me it was okay to have the almond flavor beans by offering me a small amount. I did not take the drink because again having a food allergy your body just reacts negatively to smell and taste of the food. I’m not local to the area so I probably won’t come here again. I know the staff probably started to bad mouth me after I left because they were bad mouthing previous customers while I was waiting on my coffee. The review is 2 star because the place looks nice and the coffee was decent, but the service was forgettable.
