Great food! Great service by Katrina! Oysters and shrimp cocktail excellent. Lamb rack outstanding.
Excellent restaurant, always a great visit! Service was outstanding, looking forward to my next visit!
Just a food issue. It was meh. Overpriced for average under-seasoned food. Service was great. Server was great. Atmosphere was awesome. Food was average. Sorry.
This was our first visit and our group dined prior to a concert. From the fresh unique bread, to the artichoke appetizer, to the seared salmon with pea risotto, and finishing with the crème brûlée, everything was DELICIOUS! The table staff attentiveness was both professional and friendly. The managers stopped by to see how the dinner was going showing a level of care for our experience. Highly recommended! Will definitely go back!
The Statler is really cool. Food and service are all high-end but prices are really reasonable and it's not fussy or pretentious. A sweet spot.
Good food, good service, was surprised to see the restaurant not packed at all, went on a Saturday and it was kind of empty, I liked it though, I hate places that are way too busy, this place was good will definitely come again, great food and great people
We had a fantastic brunch at The Statler. The shrimp and oysters, the Short Rib Bordelaise, the chocolate croissant, the capacinno, and the mocktails were delicious. The service was professional, and we didn't feel hurried. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We will be back to try the dinner menu.
New menu with more American cuisine then French. Slightly disappointed. Main dishes tasted dry ( duck and fish)
My assigned waiter never came to the table, no greeting upon arrival and no thank you or how was your stay and meal. We had a person who was experiencing her 5th days at the restaurant and shadowing our waiter. She was personable and very helpful. I gave directly to her a cash tip and told her it was for her only. She said she would give the money to our waiter and I said no and I would take care of the gratuity on the check.
My husband and I had Easter Brunch at The Statler. It was the worst brunch I've ever had. The only redeeming quality was our server who did a great job given the circumstances. There were very limited food selections on the buffet and the trays were constantly empty taking far too long to refill. The desert table seemed to be all store bought type items and were served on paper plates. The food was salty. For $49 a person the quality of the experience should have been exceedingly better.

Went here on Easter. Was not aware that it was buffet only when we made the reservation. We were looking forward to a few things on the regular menu so we were disappointed by this. The chicken and beef were extremely dry, mac and cheese was grainy. Nothing in the lineup was worth the $59 per person. We were also sat at a two person high top in the bar area where the buffet was and we had customers standing in line waiting for the buffet in front of the table for most of our meal, which was awkward and not pleasant.
Just enjoyed a delicious dinner before our show at The Fox. Relaxing atmosphere, great waitstaff, great food.
Would definitely go back but given the prices it's a once in awhile type of place. Food was good but the prices are a bit excessive for what you get.
Busy time at 545-7. Server was slammed so understand the quick check ins at the table. That did not detract from amazing food love the bistro atmosphere. Could use a bit more zip sauce on steak/mushroom appetizer. Highly recommend burrata app. Magnifique
Granted it was opening day, but the food was just ‘ok' and it was a bit chaotic overall. Our server did the best she could given the circumstances.
