First off they didn’t answer the phone for 15 minutes of calling I ended up driving here. Waited for another 15 minutes in line with one person in front of me. Even the person in front of me was waiting forever. Haven’t ate here in years so I was excited to get the turkey bite box with fries and fruit punch. I don’t know what happened but everything was flavorless and gross. Turkey bites was dry and flavorless with barely any Cajun seasoning , no salt or seasoning on fries, fruit punch had no sugar tasted like flavored water and the biscuit had no butter and no flavor. I was a fan on this place so when Mr chime did a review and said it was trash I was offended but now I’m thinking wow he was right. I almost threw up after eating this and threw half the meal away. Lillie Mae’s is killing the turkey grill yall got to get it together asap! No offense but I won’t be returning to eat here ever again.

Spent $33.00 on some tough as turkey. Nasty dressing and bad customer service. Mac n cheese was really good this time. I expected the bad customer service cause the same young lady was there that everybody in the world knows she don't wanna be there it shows in how she communicate no hi no thank you just dry as the turkey. It's a hit or miss with the food. Only thing consists is high price and bad customer service.

I placed an order through grubhub. They make me wait an hour only to call and tell me I ordered wrong. (Not possible I ordered the way it was set up) The woman (rude as all hell overtalking me and not listening) tells me that they gave me what sides come with it(yet grubhub let's you pick sides) I would have to pay extra for the additional and the breakfast as it is past 11. Not one mention of this on grubhub. I don't appreciate being strong armed. I canceled my order. I encourage all of you to be wary as they apparently charge what they want.

Totally disappointed with the food and experience with this establishment. I paid $16.99 for a turkey meatloaf dinner and 2 sides. I got a half of slice of meatloaf with more gravy than needed trying to hide the fact that there was a half slice of meatloaf under it. Contacted the store to ask where was the meat the manager or supervisor was totally dismissive stating that you only get one slice of meatloaf and its nothing she could do about it. For the amount of money I spent I wish I had some food to eat because that half slice of meatloaf was not worth 16.99. I don't know who owns this place or whatever but it needs to close down asap because I totally feel cheated out my money and food.

Listen, I went out of my way to try The Turkey Grill. I decided to try the Wing Bites..THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was worth every single pot hole I hit! It was worth almost getting rear ended on 94! With grace, I made it home and MANNNNNNNNNN! Don't worry about the service, you aren't there for that. Stay focused!
