I have gone to the Whitney every year for Christmas dinner. It was annual holidays to celebrate with my nieces. Last Christmas holiday we chose to take the buffet. I was extremely disappointed. All I wanted was prime rib. The server was not very friendly. She stared at me and I was very uncomfortable when I asked for the prime rib only. I took my girlfriend for a special birthday dinner and drinks. The ambience and service was good. Unfortunately, the meals were underwhelming. The seafood risotto included two medium sized shrimp, two mussels and a lobster claw with lots of risotto. My girlfriend ordered the steak medium and slightly pink. It came well done.
