Not accessible from outside. Came down for a Marathon, tried to get coffee in the morning but there was no entrance to be found. I hope whoever made this listing gets pink eye.

Like others, I didn’t read the reviews before I walked here. There is no free standing Tim Horton’s at this location. I assume it’s probably inside and only accessible when the arena is open. Save yourself the trip and find a different store to go to.
