Only reason I gave it two stars because the drive threw was fast but I see why because they rush u,very inpatient and no customer service etiquette at all.Drive threw is the only thing EVER open inside always closed and it looks like a reck.Unfortunately Next time I will be driving further out for one and I hate that because there are not too man TH in the inner city.But I see why.

They open the store when they want to, you can only do drive thru and the inside of the lobby looks like they live in there

Online it says the store is open. Yet you can not walk into the store. They are forcing people to the drive through line. I need to see some policy that says this type of behavior is okay because this is a huge inconvenience.
False advertisement when it comes to the snowman donut. Their pictures show a snowman face......when you buy it's slop face. Tim hortons advertisement pictures are all lies.

This location SHOULD very busy as it's the ONLY Tim Hortons before the 94 entrance or for people going 2 work downtown...that take Gratiot. Unfortunately since ur NOT able 2 go inside it a LONG wait that doesn't have 2 be if people could go inside....

My large coffee was either really old or had too much water in it and not enough coffee. It tasted really bitter.
