They open the store when they want to, you can only do drive thru and the inside of the lobby looks like they live in there

Online it says the store is open. Yet you can not walk into the store. They are forcing people to the drive through line. I need to see some policy that says this type of behavior is okay because this is a huge inconvenience.

False advertisement when it comes to the snowman donut. Their pictures show a snowman face......when you buy it's slop face. Tim hortons advertisement pictures are all lies.

This location SHOULD very busy as it's the ONLY Tim Hortons before the 94 entrance or for people going 2 work downtown...that take Gratiot. Unfortunately since ur NOT able 2 go inside it a LONG wait that doesn't have 2 be if people could go inside....

You guys suck! Get it together! No cream! No sugar! I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, paid the 1.69 for cream cheese + 1.99 for the bagel and got a hard and cold breakfast. Well off to work hungry. Thanks for nothing.

I had to stop going to this Tim Hortons. If you use the mobile APP, make sure you are at the building before you finalize the order. You might get there and they are actually closed although it is their regular business hours. Or more frequently, you get there and they don’t have the product that you ordered. And getting your money back is hell. The restaurant says the mobile App is responsible for the refund and the APP says the restaurant is directly responsible……..
