The food was very cold. All of the ladies at the window had a very bad attitude. They’re inside is not open for some odd reason. So they have whole bunch of stuff in the lobby like coats looks like bags so the inside is not open only drive-through. It took about 20 minutes maybe in the drive-through. I asked for a peppermint mocha ice cap! The lady gave me a peppermint mocha Oreo ice cap never said anything about Oreo! Got up to the window and ask her what was that and to remake it she said that that’s how it comes with Oreos on it and peppermint too I know that was a lie because I asked for a ice cap peppermint mocha, not Oreo . I asked for a hashbrowns as well when they gave me the hash brown. It was very cold. I told him to make it or heat it up. I’m on the go. It’s not like I have a microwave in my car. They told me to pull forward they will bring it to the door. It took about two minutes I appreciate that The guy that came out was very pleasant He said he had remade the ice cap peppermint mocha. He said that he saw that I wanted an ice cat Oreo mocha, but he heard me say peppermint mocha ice cap. So that was cool that he did that for me I appreciate that but the attitudes and the hearing things wrong getting people’s orders wrong. The line is already long. They need to get that together.

Ordered a bacon sandwich bread not toasted no lettuce,not what I received. I received a ham and cheese sandwich, drive-thru only so I had to wait back in the Drive-Thru for 10 more minutes to receive a dry bacon sandwich with lettuce ,and top it all off they took the ham sandwich back isn't that cross-contamination. Born and raised in Detroit but this is the reason why I tried to stay away from all Detroit fast foods.

I’ve never had a problem at this location until today!!!! I ordered avocado toast and they didn’t toast the bread??? I’m disappointed because it was just cold soggy bread. Otherwise I wanted to say, they are the longest lines I’ve ever seen Tim hortons but the lines move SO FAST. There will be 15 cars and you’re not in line longer than 5 to 10 minutes at the most.

I ordered a large chilli from this location. When I got home I opened the chilli and it was less then half way full. It looked as if they ran out of chilli and just gave me what was left. They also cut my bread in half when bread is normally given whole. I called to speak to a manager but they phone cut off. I will Never come here again!

No, go this this place you didn’t do his job correct 100% the coffee you taste garbage in the bagel with cream cheese is empty. You don’t put enough cream cheese in it and I told him touch the bread you didn’t toast the bread you give me the bread is cold. I do not worth it to spend your money guys and this in a place.

I ordered 2 caramel macchiato beverages, and they taste horrible. I didn’t taste any flavor but coffee. I use to work at a coffee shop so when you go get coffee you have a certain flavor that you are looking forward to and it takes patience to do everything perfectly. Well the coffee was hot and the workers was pleasant so Thank you I gave 3/5 with my experience
Dirty and it looks like the employees are living in the lobby. There were clothes and furniture everywhere and about 6 pair of cross at 5he door! What was on their feet?!
