Hi, I would like to note an incident just happened with my friend and I.Today morning we went to Tim Hortons Branch in Grienfield and we placed an order ..at the window there was that guy with eyeglasses I think his name starts with A...so I asked him nicely to have the bagel extra toasted coz it's cold his reply was so rude and in an angry voice he said it is toasted I said extra toasted plz he was shouting and he threw it in the trash...my friend was going to get in a fight with him but I tried to calm her down...plz this kind of humans if they don't know how to deal with customers or they have no patience don't give them such a job they r not supposed to be in contact with ppl...honestly customers service at that branch sucks...

Everything about this Tim hortons is perfect especially the customer service!!! The workers are so patient and so kind. I had witnessed this crazy lady yelling at the worker and the worker handled it perfectly. I hope they did something about that customer because she caused a scene and disrupted my evening. They can’t keep letting these rude customers ruin other customers morning/evening it’s unacceptable and very inconsiderate so please fix this but besides that I loved going to this Tim hortons and will look forward going to it again!!! The ice caps here are a 10/10 I love the way they made it. I’ll definitely be getting my ice caps here from now on!!!

Very very very terribale customer service they sit and argue with the customers back and fourth if a customer comes back because the coffe wasn’t fresh or didn’t taste good the girl with the scarf that works in the after noon started disrespecting me and told me I’m not going to make it for you and yelling at me and I recorded her the whole time I got by the window I told her I’m going to report you she’s like idc I told her u don’t tell the customer how there coffe should taste the coffe tasted old and not fresh and she didn’t want to make me one gave me my refund and told me don’t come back here I told her I recorded u to show this to the owner horribale customer service no respect disrespecting a customer that had to come back because u didn’t make there coffe fresh it was old and very cold and she was trying to attack me and there my change on the floor then she got mad because I recorded her for evidence to report to h that’s how u loose bisnus I come to ur shop 5 times a day without me ur shop wouldn’t be open and this rude scarfy girl that works by the window was very very disrespectful I will post the video on TikTok to show the disrespectful worker at timhortans that was attacking and disrespecting me because I came back and told her my coffe taste old not fresh and she kept arguing with me saying no it’s fresh no it’s fresh she didn’t care what I had to say I recorded it all she will be the rudest person of the year on TikTok

I’m only leaving a one star because I can’t leave a review without any! This was TERRIBLE experience. I usually come here earlier in the day around 8am but today I came here about 10am. Different staff than usual but it left a different experience for me. I ordered 2 breakfast croissant sandwiches, one beef and one pork. I didn’t open the bag until I got home when I noticed neither sandwich was marked and they looked exactly the same. So when i bit into both sandwiches they both were undercooked. I brought them back and had a bad experience. The gentleman named Jordan was at the counter and listened to my complaint. He proceeded to tell his boss (I believe his name is Homer) and he was veryyyyy rude to him. He stared yelling at him instead of listening to the problem. He waved his hand in face and talked to him with so much disrespect where me and the lady next to me was super shocked!! Management needs to be under review in my opinion I feel bad for Jordan!! And as far as the food, it was still undercooked sadly.

The worst customer service ever I really hope I get to speak to the owner to explain to him what happened and the guy with the glasses at the window that claims to be “the manager” didn’t really manage the situation the correct way and the lady taking orders at the window was laughing in the background disgusting employees and even more disgusting service I really hope this teaches the owner becuase I know got a fact that these nasty employees are not going to tell him what happened

It is very sad to say that Tim Horton on Greenfield the customer service absolutely zero speaking of their Faye the person who take the order over the phone. Maybe she needs to learn how to speak respectfully to the customer over the headset, especially when they have a complaint about the previous service since she presenting herself as an assistant manager, maybe she need to go through some training on how to take care of a customer complaint and also how to speak to the customer over the Headset And even after face-to-face to point out her unprofessionalism action & complaining about her attitude and demeanors and how rude and unprofessional she’s still presented herself with rudeness and unprofessionalism in front of the entire Tim Hortons staff absolutely zero customer service.

Well I buy ice cap the taste was horrible like some was wrong with it I complained to the cashier she said the machine does that sometimes . I said ok can you please change it she said no . I asked her manager also refuse to change it I just want a normal ice cap . Was that too hard . Maybe the machine does need to be cleaned. This place it’s too busy clients doesn’t matter to them .clients are never right at this location .

I placed the order over the phone, and when I arrived 10 minutes later, they said it wasn’t ready. When I finally received the order, it was wrong. The staff are not respectful — when I greeted them, they didn’t respond or smile. They were loud, laughing, and swearing at each other. This is the worst Tim Hortons branch I’ve ever been to

The woman at the drive thru is extremely rude. Heard her talking crap about the older black woman in the drive through. I mean completely obscured. There’s a pretty girl that I thought would be more than nice she’s also pretty rude. A DD delivery driver gave the name to my order she whispered something in the managers ear and they started talking in Arabic staring at the DoorDash driver. I was there to see it. I didn’t like the attitude that they gave to the DD driver. She seemed pretty chill until they started playing around with her order that was 15 mins late because they were standing there staring at her like she was some type of model. Sucks that they are byist and racist team.
