I am giving you 1 because you are closed. I am from out of town and drove out of my way to come to your location to find it closed. It’s 6:40 pm and the door is locked. Your hours online are showing you’re open until 8pm. There are people inside, but the door is locked

I visited this branch today and had a very disappointing experience. After placing my order through the drive-thru, I went to the window to pick it up only to find that my order was incorrect. I tried to politely explain the situation to the employee, Fatima, but instead of resolving the issue, she argued with me, insisting that I received exactly what I ordered. Her attitude was dismissive, and she essentially accused me of lying, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

As a paying customer, I expect courteous and respectful service, especially when it comes to fixing a simple mistake. This kind of rude behavior and refusal to acknowledge an error reflects poorly on the customer service of this establishment. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for others in the future.

I been getting my coffee there every morning and bagel with cream cheese I get my bagel there is no cream cheese in there so I tell them to put extra cream cheese they charge me for cheese they did not put in the frist place they thing they smart so they put thin layer of cream cheese and they have to charge u for extra cream cheese which I already paid for rip off

By far the worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been to the only reason I come here is because it’s right by my house but I’ll drive to the other one from now on because every single drink I order is wrong, don’t order any kind of flavor shots or syrup because they won’t put it in. Don’t order espresso unless it’s on the side because they won’t put it in. The only thing that’s ever right is the food. I don’t usually post reviews but as someone who used to work at Tim hortons and understands how easy it is to make a drink right it needs to be said. I never even order anything complicated I literally just wanted a latte with flavor.

My coffee is always good. They do need to sweep there parking area once in a while I ran over 2 bolts as I was leaving there location an tire went completely flat

Very rude and aggressive staff members. The guy with glasses (not sure of his name) was not willing to accommodate my special request for my mobile order. His attitude towards helping customers was dismissive and unprofessional. I think the manager should train the staff better. The food was not fresh. This location requires lots of improvement to be able to compete with the nearby Tim Hortons. Very disappointing experience. Thanks.

I been going there since they opened n cuz I live around the place. Where multiple times they messed up the the cream and sugar in the coffee and multiple times they out of things I never complain, but today my first complain to the manager n he have the worst attitude, not even trying to listen to what I’m trying to tell him that was a bad service I hope the owner happy because I will never go there or have any of my friend go there Anymore.
