Terrible experience from start to finish. Topey made an error with my order, argued with me when I pointed it out, and refused to correct the mistake or offer an exchange. Very disappointing customer service. To make matters worse, they later replied to my Google review with inaccurate instructions, claiming the problem could be corrected, even though there was no contact number provided and I had already been hung up on the previous night when I tried to resolve the issue
I ate at Chef Topey’s Kitchen with my children when we made a visit to Detroit. Chet is such a kind man. The food was DELICIOUS!!! From my baby to my six-year-old to my teenagers, to my young adults everyone was beyond satisfied. The food was so good. I tried to make it back before I left but wasn’t able to.
