I LOVE TRAP VEGAN SOOO MUCH! I’ve been in Detroit for the last 4 weeks and have been here 5 times. Salads, burgers, truffle fries, and smoothies are all amazing! (I unfortunately haven’t tried the rest.) And the staff is so nice! I couldn’t not recommend this place more (and I’m not even vegan)! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was my first time here, I’m not vegan but came to try something new and I loved the truffle fries and the fried cauliflower, I also enjoyed my smoothie the Detroit Hottie I highly recommend checking this place out! I ordered a burger, fries, and smoothie. Can't remember the name of the burger, but I was not expecting it to be that good. I will definitely be back to try other menu options.
Customer service is terrible and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! I order and items and after sitting for over 40 mins inside the restaurant I was informed after I didn't receive the item that they don't have it! I asked for a refund and was informed all refunds can't be processed until the end of the night and took the receipt. Well 2 weeks later I have yet to receive a refund and called and yet to still receive my money for food I didn't receive!!!!!! I will not be returning

The service I received was terrible which is a shame because the food is delicious. I went in to pick up an online order I’d placed 30 minutes prior online and when I politely asked a staff member about the status of my order he told me “this isn’t McDonalds” instead of just giving me an estimate of when my order might be ready. I understand that they are busy but that’s no excuse for bad service.

My Husband and I visited there today. This was our first time hearing of this place after googling it online. The burgers were AMAZING. I have eaten at many vegan restaurants and this by far was one of the best burgers that I’ve ever had. We had the Soul Survivor and they were seasoned to perfection. We will certainly be back when we’re back in Michigan.
