There is always an extremely long wait ! I always go to this location and they either don’t hear what I’m saying while ordering or I’m waiting forever . I went today and there were 2 cars I front of me and I was so impatient I pulled off before paying . Pls hire some staff

I just left from getting a chia banana boost with added white chocolate, a sandwich and chips. My smoothie took way longer than my food. Whoever the new person is making the smoothies is terrible. It taste like water and powder. They need more experience of training first or to be taken off completely tropical smoothie cost too much for my food not to be correct. I am late to work and they not answering the phone. Please teach them to make everything correct because they do not make themselves

I hate that I have to give Stars I wouldn't have gave no stars this restaurant is terrible it has a smell like it's some dirty mop service is horrible waited 30 minutes from my food there's five workers my smoothie was giving away I had to wait again I would never return to this location.

Let's start off by saying that I had enough time to write this post while waiting for my food - always a 20+ minute wait. It takes 5 to 15 minutes just for someone to answer the speakerphone to take your order. I don't know what these kids are doing, but they're not working.
That there is a picture of my drinks they’ve been done for over 10 minutes, sitting there.
Young man opened up the window and asked me what I was getting again for the second time, handed me two of my drinks and now we’re waiting for the third to be made. We have been here for about 30 minutes.
