This location is extremely horrific. Workers are very unprofessional and have bad attitudes towards customers and staff. I will never return to this location ever again. They need a whole new staff..despicable ?

It is already truly disappointing when the food is mediocre but also as a customer you can tell the managers have created a toxic work environment. Poor babies working there under that level of stress. Cannot imagine their wages. Needs to be investigated ASAP

The music was extremely LOUD. The music system needs to be turned down. I couldn't hear myself think nor my name called when my order was ready. Otherwise the counter staff was extremely pleasant and the smoothie and quesadilla was very tasty!

The worker with the purple hair and the bad attitude was extremely rude and confrontational. Tried to basically start a fight with me after keeping me waiting for 40 minutes for one drink
They are always slow and understaffed. They have the nerve to have rude attitudes because you’re checking on your order that you already paid for. Then you got the little zesty boy with the purple hair, running his mouth instead of running them sandwiches This is literally the worst one you can go to in Detroit . I will be reaching out to corporate about this store performance.

Fast and friendly service at this location. This was my first time ever trying TSC, and I was super pleased! I ordered the sunrise sunset smoothie and it was delicious. They even offered to split it into two cups so my friend and I could both try it. Clean shop, fast service. One of the best smoothies I’ve had in a while.

Once before have I come here and the server had an additive and then just today when I tell them they forgot to put my cookie in my DoorDash order they told me to come there to get it I said I can’t and that’s why I had to DoorDash and they hung up on
