I use to think they were good they use to get my order right every time now they argue you up and down about how you ordered it very rude and don’t listen 30 for two sandwiches that wasnt made right y’all lost a damn good customer

I requested a steak, cheese, mushroom sub w/ very light lettuce and tomatoes with no onions to be chopped very fine. Cashier assured me that the cook was very good. Nothings chopped, meat large pieces and mushrooms whole. I drove a nice mile for the sandwich to be very disappointed and it’s not cheap.

They're fast with the food, but if someone order a combo and the pop machine is broken, the owner should offer them a bottled beverage without hesitation. I had a dash delivery in which the man was not given a pop with his order for this reason. I felt badly about it.

It's been a while since I've had a Tubbys steak & cheese. I'm so glad it's still the same .... Delicious! 😋 The floor was sticky at this location, so that must mean it's good and it's still busy!
I usually go the Tubby’s on Harper and after going to this location I will continue to do that.. I always order the 2XL steak and cheese with extra Tubby sauce.. No Tubby sauce at all on the sub, and the amount of steak on the sub was much less than what I’m accustomed to getting at the location on Harper.. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
