These use to be my favorite chips ever but I don’t know what’s happening to the flavors of these chips. I bought two bags today thinking I was about to watch a movie and snack on my day off and I got a big bag of almost nothing in the bag. This ruined my day smh. I guess I have to find me another favorite bag of chips. Oh and both my bag was like that but I just gave the other bag to a homeless person because it was absolutely not flavor in that bag of cheddar sour cream. I’m very disappointed in Uncle Rays

Herr’s Red Hot used to be my go-to but I was tired of buying bags for them to be practically plain, so I stopped. Then, I discovered Uncle Rays a few years ago at a gas station and immediately became a fan due to the amount of flavor / seasonings the chips had, I’m a huge Hot flavor fan! I recently bought a 12 bag box online since they don’t sell in my state anymore and there was SO MUCH FLAVOR - hands down best batch I’ve had in years. Every chip was heavily coated and I felt like a kid again (I’m old now), craving these damn chips everyday. I was actually super sad when I finished them. So, I bought another box! Except this time, I was super disappointed in the batch I received. I feel bad about the bad reviews they’re receiving but figured I’d share my experience. They didn’t taste BAD, I love Uncle Rays so I’ll never say they taste bad but the lack of seasoning / flavor was pretty disappointing especially after the previous box I had being the best. People LOVE heavily seasoned/flavored chips. I want to order another box to see if it was just a bad batch but I’m nervous to spend the money to be disappointed again. Can I request a personalized, heavily seasoned batch somehow?😅

I tried these for the first time and will never do it again. These were plain Ole chips NO VINGER ON NOT ONE CHIP in this bag! A waste of money.

Total joke! Dressed chips were totally bare of any toppings. Bag is 80% Air. Move on to the name brands for real flavor and quantity.

I used to LOVE these chips.... Partial to the wavy ones but couldn't find them for awhile... Finally did and they were $3.99 a bag and taste nothing like they used too! They literally stink and the flavor is so oily and gross! Please just bring back the old ones!

WORST chip i have EVER had!! Should not be sold even at the cheap price!!! Nasty, weird taste at first, THEN I looked at them and put them where they should have went in the first place!!!! Garbage 💯

I'm tried of buying the HOT chips only to get a bag of plain chips. I mentioned this in a post only to be told yea we have manufacturing issues sometimes. WHAT? So you telling me your applicator for the malfunctions and you know it yet and still you still send the product out to be sold? why do I have to pay for your mistake? Very untrustworthy I'll just get the LAY'S HOT CHIPS GOING FORWARD.

I LOVE Uncle Rays potato chips! They were always the most affordable and tasted great! I also loved reading the stories on the package. It is getting harder to find Uncle Rays chips in Tennessee. All they want to sell around here are the high price brands from the greedy rip off companies that monopolized on Covid... It's hard to find chips under $6 now. I won't contribute my money to those greedy companies. I hope Uncle Rays will make a big come back soon!
Most of the chips are crusted. Less than 10% of bag is whole chips. This was the RIPPLE variety. Think l am done with the brand.

They taste like they were cooked in 1 month old grease and are salty beyond belief. Ill stick with Lays and Golden Flake

I love your hot flavored chips.. had them for the second time and every bite had the perfect amount of seasoning!! Keep doing what you do! Usually chips will say hot and they are disappointing but I was very happy with the spice!! Great job!😄🤤
