The ribs were low quality. The sauce you could always depend on was terrible. The sauce was the only thing you could depend on. The greens and Mac was terrible. Wasted my $23.99 dollars. Must be under new management. So dissapointed. The sauce, ribs, Mac and greens were terrible. Waste of money and time. Three people in line before me took one hour. Been going here for 30 years. The one thing you could always depend on was the sauce. Nasty. The poor woman in front of me asked for some extra sauce on her fries. The response was. "My boss told us not to give out any extra Evan if they were willingt o pay. Won't be goung back there for years. That sauce was nasty. I should have walked out but I gave them a chance. Wasted my money.

stopped by for lunch today. this place has been on my radar for months so i was super excited to visit. i got the rib and chicken dinner with mac and yams. the chicken and mac were the star of the show. soooooo good. if i ever come back, that’s what i will be getting. The yams were decent, not super sweet so that can be a good thing for some people. the ribs weren’t good at all. they were so tough, i splashed bbq sauce all over my hoodie trying to tear the ribs apart. speaking of that, i can’t understand why they would give me an uncut slab of ribs.. like was i supposed to have a knife casually in the car with me to cut food at any given time? The ribs were 0/10 but that mac and cheese are a winner winner chicken dinner!!

When you think about the typical run down spot in Detroit this is it. It’s nasty the owner is so disgusting as I watched him rub his nose with no gloves and continue to make food without washing hands. The place is crawling with bugs. Definitely would not waste a dollar on this place. RUDE LOW BUDGET BBQ WITH HIGH PRICES IS WHAT YOU GET FROM HERE

Walked in food was served hot. They wete serving samples of their food, and the shrimps were good (tail off and clean).
Order Pork chops dinner with BBQ fries and mac SIde of collard greens Side of bbq fried.
I loved They had the grill going.
They also have a lunch special (in picture) from 11am-1pm Monday-Friday.
They were also playing some good music while you waited.
Food taste Pork chops were good but small Bbq fries were good but next time I will ask for them to be more crispy. Mac had a griddy taste but were ok. Greens i didn't like had a sweet taste to them.

Absolutely horrible... Ordered a whole wing dinner and received 3 whole wings and 3 chicken drumettes buried beneath the whole wings. Fries were still hard and not thoroughly cooked. Never coming back ever.

I purchased the rib and shrimp combo w/ two sides bbq fries and baked beans. I knew them shrimp and fries was gone hit meaning they were so good .. However them ribs were cold,hard and tough . I'm a person when my food ain't right just chop it up as a loss cause these ppl be mad when you say hey my food ain't right.
I ordered bbq beef ribs, Mac, dressing & string beans EVERYTHING was HORRIBLE ribs was super dry mac was watery all sides had no seasoning, I’ve had them in the past & the food was great, but I had experienced horrible customer service should’ve went with my first mind I’ll never eat from there again.
