Food was delicious

The food was Delicious - especially the Peach Cobbler! I'm visiting from out-of-state, but I really enjoyed the food. The delivery driver followed my directions exactly, which I appreciate. Thanks for a good meal. Will definitely order from this restaurant again!

The food is good. But when my food is stolen even if it’s a buy 1 get 1 I should be compensated appropriately. I spent $60 on what should’ve been 25 if I had just gotten one! Trying to feed 4 children… now I’ve no money to replace what the driver stole because Uber Eats only gave me $2 back… all because this place packaged the order poorly the driver saw the opportunity to steal. And they didn’t even care. I talked to the manager already.

Now the video I’m posting is what i watched back of staff serving food and scratching her head with those same gloves on … Like wow .. The catfish is the best thing at this location tho . There needs to be a inservice on things NOT to do when handling food !

The mac n cheese was top tier! The catfish was also really good. Everything was flavorful without me having to add any extra seasonings or salt. I would definitely recommend!

Ordered uber eats and the food was so flavorful couldn’t believe it. That cornbread was delicious! Star of the show!

Loved the seasoning (tho a bit too salty) on the catfish I just wish it was crispier, mac and cheese was everything!! Canned green beans were seasoned nicely so it was ok. My only complaint was the boxed mashed potatoes— just don’t offer it if it’s not going to be fresh bc what’s the point. Nonetheless, I would definitely order here again!

My first time trying their food. I'm in town from Texas and wanted some soul food without the driving. So I ordered the pork chop dinner on Door Dash. This is the fried pork chops entree that comes with two sides and a beverage for $20 something plus don't forget to tip the delivery guy (#karma). It's came with two really nice sized pork chops. Not skinny at all but juicy, quality bone in cuts, and they were not shy about seasoning them just right. I can tell this cook is passionate. The sides are the yams and collard greens. I would have liked to tasted more smoked turkey or pork in them; however, they're seasoned good with a hint of spiciness.

If you like really sweet yams, you'll love theirs. I probably should've gotten the Mac and cheese because my taste and expectations in yams is not popular. It's just a preference I grew up with. That I've seen no where else besides with my stepmothers yams.

Anyhow, 5 stars across the board and I definitely recommend and would order from them again.
